My approach with clients is warm and welcoming, creating a safe space for authenticity and vulnerability. I specialize in ADHD, mood, and women’s issues, which include but are not limited to anxiety, depression, self-esteem, work-life balance, and relationship issues. I incorporate mindfulness practices and self-compassion in sessions, as well as techniques to help with emotion regulation, coping with stress, and improving relationships. I look forward to guiding you on your journey to living your best life.
The first session will include lots of questions to help me get a clear picture of your background, history, family dynamics, and presenting problems. From there we will discuss goal setting and desired outcomes. I often give homework and will follow up on how you did in the next session.
