Hi! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in Indiana. I received my Masters degree from Trevecca Nazarene University and have practiced for almost 3 years. I help young adults struggling with differentiation and growth to become the best versions of themselves. I also love working with teenagers as they work through peer relationships, anxiety, fear, and perfectionism.

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Narrative therapy allows Clients to separate themselves from their presenting problems. I like to use various interventions with Clients to remind them they are not the issues they come in to work on. I have used this with Clients from age 9-adult.
