Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In your first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and help you feel comfortable and at ease. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’re hoping for, and any concerns or questions you may have—there’s no pressure to share more than you’re ready to. I’ll also explain how therapy works, answer any questions, and begin to get a sense of how I can best support you. My goal for the first session is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and hopeful about taking this next step.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Specialize in helping people heal with a unique blend of trauma-informed psychotherapy, EMDR, and holistic practices such as breathwork, hypnotherapy, and energy healing. My practice integrates deep clinical knowledge with mindfulness insight, offering a compassionate space for transformation. Whether you’re navigating trauma, life transitions, or seeking greater alignment with your true self—I’m here to walk with you.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

Providing therapy to children, teens, and adults who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected from themselves. Assisting individuals with the effects of trauma, abuse, anxiety, mood challenges, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and patterns rooted in family-of-origin experiences. Some clients are sensitive, intuitive, or empathic and may feel deeply affected by stress, past experiences, or the expectations of others. My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed, integrating evidence-based therapy with holistic, mind–body practices. This allows us to gently address not only thoughts and emotions, but also how experiences are held in the body and nervous system.

My treatment methods

Mind-body approach

Offering a mind-body-spirit approach to healing, integrating psychotherapy with holistic practices to support deep transformation. Specializing in trauma therapy, EMDR, breath-work, hypnotherapy, and energy healing. Intention is focused on calming one's nervous system, cultivating clarity and resilience, and empowering clients to release limiting patterns and reconnect with their authentic self. Providing a safe and compassionate space for individuals, couples, and families ready to move beyond surface-level coping into deeper healing and self-discovery.

Hypnotherapy

Heart Centered Hypnotherapy is a way to experience profound insights, deeper understanding of oneself, problem resolution, and healing through trance or hypnosis state. This is a deeper process than some forms of hypnotherapy or talk therapy. In this relaxed state of consciousness, a person can access, release, and heal emotions, beliefs, and behaviors that have been negatively impacting and impairing one’s life. Truly effective benefits include: healing trauma, alleviating unwanted behaviors, connecting to increased awareness one’s skills and talents, increasing self esteem and confidence, and creating positive changes.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) helps you understand how your thoughts, emotions, body responses, and behaviors are interconnected. We gently explore the patterns that have developed over time—often as survival strategies—and help you create more supportive ways of relating to yourself and the world. Navigating at a pace that feels safe and respectful, to build awareness, emotional regulation, and choice—without overwhelm or judgment. This approach is especially helpful for anxiety, depression, trauma-related symptoms, emotional dysregulation, self-criticism, ADHD-related challenges, life transitions, and patterns rooted in complex PTSD.

EMDR

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) helps the brain and nervous system heal from distressing or overwhelming experiences that may still be affecting you in the present. We move at a pace that feels safe and grounded, with careful attention to your emotional state, body sensations, and nervous-system responses. My intention with EMDR is not just symptom reduction, but deep healing, integration, and reconnection with your inner resilience—helping you feel more present, empowered, and at ease in your body and your life.

Transpersonal

Transpersonal Therapy honors the full range of human experience—emotional, psychological, physical, relational, and spiritual. It recognizes that healing is not only about reducing symptoms, but about reconnecting with meaning, inner wisdom, purpose, and a deeper sense of wholeness. We begin with emotional safety, nervous-system regulation, and practical support, while gently making space for deeper layers of awareness, intuition, and inner knowing when appropriate. Together, we explore patterns, beliefs, emotions, and body sensations, while also acknowledging the deeper layers of consciousness that influence how you experience yourself and the world.
