New to Grow
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker , I support adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, and emotional regulation challenges. My approach combines practical skill-building with insight-oriented work to help clients feel more confident, balanced, and in control of their lives. I strive to create a collaborative and supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to explore personal growth and make meaningful, lasting change.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In our first session, we'll focus on getting to know one another and creating a comfortable space for you to share what brings you to therapy. We will talk about your concerns, answer any questions you may have, and begin identifying goals for our work together at a pace that feels right for you.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow. My approach blends compassion with practical skill-building, helping clients better understand themselves, strengthen coping strategies, and move toward lasting, meaningful change.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I work best with clients who are motivated for change and open to self-reflection. My ideal clients are willing to actively engage in the therapeutic process, explore new perspectives, and develop practical skills that support emotional growth, balance, and lasting change.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients recognize how their thoughts and experiences influence emotions and daily behaviors. In our work together, clients and I explore patterns that may be keeping them stuck and develop practical tools to help them feel more balanced, confident, and in control. I tailor CBT techniques to each client's unique goals and strengths.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
I use mindfulness-based techniques to help clients develop greater awareness of thoughts and emotions while learning to respond with intention rather than reaction. Together, we practice skills that support stress reduction, and increase self-compassion in everyday life.
Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
I use Dialectical Behavior (DBT) strategies to help clients strengthen emotional regulation, navigate difficult situations, and improve communication in relationships. Together, we practice practical skills that support resilience, self-awareness, and healthier responses to stress and overwhelming emotions.
