I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in TN with a varied background of experience and knowledge. I love helping clients identify what is holding them back in their lives and work on meeting new challenges with comfort and healing. My goal is to make clients feel comfortable and safe while they share their thoughts and feelings. I am here to be supportive but not tell you have to run your life- that is YOUR decision. I sort through the options, the barriers and the coping strategies available.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

After introductions, we will explore the underlying issues or triggers you are facing and collaborate on goals for treatment. I want to work on what YOU want to work on. We will also review your strengths as most people have many they are not tapping into. We will design a treatment plan together to meet your challenges a step at a time.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Because I have many years of experience providing mental health care, I am well tuned in to the spoken and unspoken needs of clients. With time, I am able to support them in opening up and going deeper into what they are feeling and needing.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I enjoy working with women of all ages as they discover who they are and what they want for their lives. Helping them find joy and peace in their everyday lives, despite trauma or setbacks, is my specialty. Using various evidence based tools, we can collaborate on goals to address their needs in a holistic approach.
