I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who supports children, teens, adults, and couples navigating anxiety, emotional stress, life transitions, and relationship challenges. The first session is a calm, supportive space to share what’s bringing you to therapy and what you hope will feel different in your life or relationships. We move at a comfortable pace, explore your goals, and begin identifying patterns, strengths, and next steps for care. My priority is helping you feel safe, heard, and hopeful about the work ahead.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
My greatest strengths are creating emotional safety, quickly understanding underlying relational and attachment patterns, and blending evidence-based approaches such as EFT, CBT, mindfulness, somatic work, and play therapy in ways that feel practical and meaningful. Clients often share that they feel deeply seen, gently challenged, and supported in making real, lasting change—not just temporary relief.

I work best with individuals and couples who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, anxious, or stuck in repeating emotional or relationship patterns and are ready for meaningful change. Many of my clients are navigating life transitions, attachment wounds, parenting stress, or communication struggles and want practical tools alongside deeper emotional healing. They may not have all the answers yet—but they are open to growth, self-understanding, and building healthier relationships with themselves and others.
Attachment-based
I specialize in attachment-based therapy, helping individuals and couples understand how early relational experiences shape current emotions, communication, and relationship patterns. My work focuses on creating emotional safety, strengthening connection, and supporting clients in healing attachment wounds so they can experience more secure and fulfilling relationships.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
My work integrates CBT to support clients in recognizing negative thought cycles, improving emotional regulation, and developing healthier behavioral responses. I provide structured, compassionate guidance that empowers individuals, couples, and families to create lasting, evidence-based change.
Couples Counseling
Couples therapy provides a safe space for partners to feel heard, improve communication, and rebuild connection. I use evidence-based approaches like EFT, attachment-based therapy, and CBT to help couples repair trust and create lasting, healthy change.
Play Therapy
I use play therapy to help children safely express emotions, build coping skills, and process experiences through developmentally appropriate, creative interaction. My approach is warm, structured, and supportive of each child’s emotional growth and sense of safety.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
My work includes mindfulness and body-based practices that help clients slow down, regulate emotions, and reconnect with a sense of safety within themselves. These evidence-informed techniques support healing from stress, anxiety, and trauma.
