I received my Master's in Psychology from Pepperdine University and have specialized training in whole-body healing techniques like EMDR, Brainspotting, & Nutritional Psychology. My passion lies in empowering clients to develop adaptive skills and invite meaningful change into their lives. Together, we can explore new ways of being and break free from old patterns that may be holding you back. .

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, clients can expect a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where we start building a foundation of trust and openness. I’ll invite them to share their story at their own pace, and together, we’ll explore what brings them to therapy, their goals, and any specific needs they have. My approach incorporates traditional therapeutic techniques as well as elements of holistic wellness to support overall mental and physical health. This initial meeting is a collaborative space for us to get to know each other and start creating a path forward that feels supportive and aligned with your values.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My strengths as a provider lie in my deep commitment to congruence, connection, and commitment, which help me create a foundation of trust and safety with clients. My experience with telehealth and working with young adults enhances my adaptability and allows me to create accessible, meaningful support. With a unique focus on integrating nutritional wellness into psychotherapy, I aim to offer a holistic approach that considers both mental and physical well-being, helping my clients achieve lasting change.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I’m best positioned to serve clients who are navigating transitions, seeking personal growth, or working through challenges related to identity, wellness, and life direction. My strengths resonate well with young adults and individuals who are open to exploring both emotional and physical aspects of their well-being, including those interested in a holistic approach that blends mental health support with nutritional wellness. I’m also well-suited to work with clients who value a collaborative and person-centered approach, where congruence, connection, and commitment guide our work together.

My treatment methods

EMDR

EMDR therapy effectively helps us process and heal from traumatic experiences by targeting and reprocessing distressing memories. This highly researched modality empowers us to reduce the emotional charge of past events, promoting lasting mental and emotional resilience.

Narrative

Narrative therapy encourages us to view our lives as stories, which can be rewritten to create more empowering and positive narratives. Through this approach, we separate ourselves from our problems, enabling us to reframe experiences, recognize strengths, and foster resilience while sculpting the future.

Attachment-based

Attachment-based therapy is a therapeutic approach that focuses on understanding and improving a person’s emotional bonds with others, especially those formed in early relationships. It is rooted in the idea that our earliest attachments shape our beliefs about ourselves and our relationships, influencing our behaviors and emotional patterns throughout life. In this therapy, we explore how past attachments may impact current relationships and self-perception, helping to uncover and heal old wounds. By fostering a secure, trusting therapeutic relationship, attachment-based therapy provides a safe space to develop healthier ways of relating to others and oneself. This approach is particularly effective for those seeking to overcome relational challenges, deepen self-understanding, and build more fulfilling connections.
