In our first session, clients can expect a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where we start building a foundation of trust and openness. I’ll invite them to share their story at their own pace, and together, we’ll explore what brings them to therapy, their goals, and any specific needs they have. My approach incorporates traditional therapeutic techniques as well as elements of holistic wellness to support overall mental and physical health. This initial meeting is a collaborative space for us to get to know each other and start creating a path forward that feels supportive and aligned with your values.

My strengths as a provider lie in my deep commitment to congruence, connection, and commitment, which help me create a foundation of trust and safety with clients. My experience with telehealth and working with young adults enhances my adaptability and allows me to create accessible, meaningful support. With a unique focus on integrating nutritional wellness into psychotherapy, I aim to offer a holistic approach that considers both mental and physical well-being, helping my clients achieve lasting change.

I was happy to see the array of healing modalities compared to other therapists. I've done therapy in the past and have learned a lot since then. I was pleasantly surprised to find we were a good fit from the start. She is intelligent and so down-to-earth. I couldn't be happier with her and the platform where we met.

I immediately felt an openness with Amanda that is authentic and intelligent. She has ways of challenging thinking that is above what I expected. She recommended an amazing book that is SPOT ON for the ways in which I have been living my life and childhood obstacles that I need to work through. So by listening to that and talking through it with her I feel like we are making progress already after just a few sessions! She is just "real" and I love that in a person more than anything.
