As a trauma focused therapist I utilize a blend of cognitive, behavioral, and emotional techniques. My extensive set of skills allows me to address a wide range of concerns that includes, but is not limited to trauma, anxiety, OCD and depression.

Trauma Informed Care

Trauma informed care is based on knowledge and understanding of how trauma affects people's lives. It aims to promote resilience and healing by addressing the effects of trauma. I have 6 years of experience helping people to process and cope with trauma.

Trauma-Focused CBT

TF-CBT is an evidence based method of helping children and adolescents process trauma. It can Improve PTSD, depression, anxiety, shame and behavior problems compared to unstructured supportive treatments.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT is psychotherapy that helps people manage mental health issues by changing their thought patterns and behaviors. I have used CBT methods in practice for 6 years with improved results in depression, anxiety, irritability, and daily functioning.
