I am an AUDHD (Autistic and ADHD) therapist who specializes in working with people who identify as or are exploring an ADHD or Autistic identity. I excel at helping clients find a sense of belonging and learn about themselves from the inside out. I will help guide you to reconnect with your inner self and build a life centered on what truly matters to you I deeply believe that the therapeutic relationship is one built on acceptance, collaboration, and safety. I use tools learned from both neurodiversity affirming and trauma informed approaches to empower my clients to trust their instincts, surround themselves with loving supports, and center their day to day life on their values. Together we will build a space that allows you to reconnect with all of the unique and beautiful aspects of who you are.
I approach therapy from a client centered lens, which means our first session will be me asking what therapy can do to serve you reaching the version of life you want to live.
I build a sense of safety and connection really well. I am a fierce advocate and ally to my clients, and help them feel that throughout our time together
I am great at connecting with Autistic and ADHDers folks in session, especially those who have experienced invalidation or a sense of disconnect with previous providers. I have a lengthy background working with trauma and do well to connect the intersections between ADHD/Autism and trauma.
I really center client values in treatment goals. I incorporate a lot of thought diffusion and acceptance to help people develop a more positive relationship with their thoughts and feelings.
I incorporate the family system into my work, helping client's advocate and improve interactions with family system.
I provide a safe space for those exploring their gender, sexual, and romantic identity. I do this by providing a compassionately curious energy for my client's to discuss how they experience their body, attraction, and what authenticity means to them.
I practice from a systems lens, identifying how my client's struggles connect to historical and present systems of oppression.
IFS is my core modality for processing experiences and developing internal self-compassion. I integrate this with somatic approaches to incorporate the body-mind relationship into parts meditation
