The first session is magical. No seriously. It’s the most difficult yet the most rewarding. You overcame fears and frustration and now you have made the most important step in accomplishing your dreams. I’m excited and can’t wait to see your development

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Big, small, complex or not at all, I solve problems. Together we discuss and plan for what like will “look” like when our work is done. I’m not a lifetime therapist that you will see forever. We get the work done and then we move on with a new set of skills.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I’m best positioned to serve people that are struggling to find meaning in therapy. I’m looking for clients that hate their previous experiences or are reluctant to talk with anyone about their thoughts and feelings. I’m also ideal for couples looking to build on their communication and strengthening their relationship. I’ve worked in public education for over 15 years and I enjoy working with families to support educational needs and challenges. I love working with athletes and high achievers on their mental performance and overall wellbeing. I’m a certified mental performance coach (CMPC) and qualified to support the mental aspects of sports on/off the field of competition.
