I have over 20 years of experience in helping clients unlearn emotional and physical pain to make it possible to reconnect with yourself and others in a safe and empowering way. I create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere to help make therapy approachable and encourage feedback from clients as to what will help them feel most with the process of therapy. After discussing together your goal, we will decide on a the right treatment plan. I use Eye Movement and Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), Emotional Awareness and Expression Therapy (EAET), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) techniques to address each client's unique perspectives.

EMDR

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) is an approach that focuses on building solutions rather than dwelling on problems. It's goal-oriented and collaborative, emphasizing positive change by encouraging clients to focus on their strengths and identify past successes. Instead of exploring all the root causes of issues, SFBT helps clients envision their desired future and develop strategies to achieve it.
