I have vast experience in the field of Mental Health. A lot of my work has been supporting individuals struggling with Depression, Anxiety, Life adjustments/changes, Relationship issues, and more. While in a safe space, I utilize different modalities such as Strength Based, Positive Psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and others.
I provide client centered approach; I am open minded and offer a judgement-based approach. I encourage clients to express their thoughts and feelings in a manner that is organic based on their needs.
I use CBT in order to support clients identify black/white thinking and replace with positive grounding exercises.
I provide an inclusive environment for clients to express their thoughts and feelings while staying true to their authentic selves.
I provide clients with education on various mental health topics in order to encourage implementation of evidence-based coping skills.
