I specialize in supporting adult women as they navigate life’s challenges, transitions, and triumphs. My practice centers on helping women work through depression, anxiety, relationship issues, past traumas, and the many changes that life can bring. Every woman deserves a safe, nonjudgmental space to rediscover herself and build resilience. Therapy is always collaborative: we set goals together and customize strategies to each woman’s strengths and circumstances.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

My therapeutic approach is grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), which empowers clients to understand and reshape the patterns of thinking that impact their emotions and behaviors. I encourage my clients to prioritize self-care, set healthy boundaries, and reconnect with their strengths and values—especially during times of transition

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My approach blends the rigor of CBT with deep compassion and a special focus on the issues that matter most to adult women, leading to meaningful, measurable, and lasting results. I provide a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment, tailored for women to freely share and explore their experiences.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Using CBT to break down your experiences into thoughts, feelings, and behaviors helps you better understand yourself and your reactions. This self-awareness allows you to identify which thoughts or actions are contributing to distress, and which changes might help you feel better. Over time, practicing this skill makes it easier to manage your moods and respond effectively to challenges
