New to Grow
I believe everyone deserves to be met with kindness, compassion, and understanding. When you connect with me, whether in person or online, my goal is to create a safe space where you can truly be yourself—without judgment, without pressure, and with complete trust. I want you to know that you don’t have to face it alone. I’m here to walk alongside you.
During our first session we will spend time gathering your intent for therapy and some background. When we work together, I hope that you feel supported, understood, and empowered to move forward with confidence and renewed purpose. You are not alone, and I would be honored to be a part of your journey.
During our time together I plan to bring tools you can take with you for life. Using a balance of soft and direct approaches nestled in compassion and understand.
Life can be challenging—whether you’re dealing with PTSD/complex/development trauma, grief/loss, anxiety, relationship/marital struggles, or major life changes. I combine evidence based theoretical models with practical guidance, so together we can navigate life’s ups and downs in a way that honors both your heart and your values.
