Therapy is a ministry of presence; our work is collaborative. I am ready to start whenever you are! I am a licensed professional counselor with 8 years of experience. I specialize in depression, anxiety, trauma, and ADHD. My approach is integrative, trauma-informed, and customized to your needs. I utilize CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and play therapy techniques. My experience includes working with children from age 5 through adults. My desire is to provide high-quality treatment to children, adolescents, adults, and families in an effort to help them achieve success in all areas of their lives. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

After the first session, together we will develop a treatment plan that includes measurable goals and objectives. We will review goals and objectives periodically to discuss progress and make updates as needed. We will explore what comes easy for you, and how to address what is the most challenging.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, some DBT techniques, depression and anxiety scales for tracking progress.

My work with clients blends faith and therapy. We can explore and process (as desired by the client) the tough issues and challenges of faith as part of the healing journey.
