Hi, I'm Esther.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Daring Way Trained Facilitator. I've been providing counseling to individuals for almost 6 years. Prior to that, I worked in the education sector for almost 10 years, which deeply sparked my interest in pursuing mental health work.
To me, counseling sessions are like writing a story. It is a process that involves brainstorming, creating drafts, and making revisions until your story feels whole and complete. Imagine you are the writer. You have all the pieces of your story within you already. Think of your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors as those pieces. Sometimes, they don’t make any sense, it’s overwhelming, and you don’t know where to begin. I view my role as someone who is with you to guide you through the process and help organize those very thoughts, feelings, and behaviors with you. During our time together, it is my hope that you develop the skills to ultimately write your story on your own.
Your story may include experiencing cycles of depression, anxiety, grief, past trauma, struggles of worthiness and belonging, the complexities of being a part of an immigrant family, generational trauma, a combination of these things, or perhaps something entirely different. Everyone's mental health journey is different. I’m here to meet you where you are.
I also want to acknowledge how scary it can be when taking a leap of faith into a new therapeutic journey. It takes a lot of courage. More than anything, it’s important to me that you feel safe and the stories you share are handled with utmost care.
Hello! I’m Alexis.
Life can be tough, and sometimes we find ourselves feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just uncertain of how to move forward. But what if there’s a way to not only manage life’s challenges but to thrive in spite of them? As a licensed clinical social worker in Texas, Virginia, and Florida, I specialize in helping individuals over come anxiety, depression, and emotional roadblocks while building stronger, more resilient lives.
Therapy is a powerful journey toward discovering yourself and I’m here to guide you through it. Whether you're dealing with stress, navigating a big life change, or simply trying to reconnect with your true self, we’ll work together to create lasting, positive change in a safe and supportive environment. Congratulations for taking the first step and showing up for yourself.
After graduating from college with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, I earned a Master’s Degree in Social Work with a Micro Social Work concentration, followed by passing the Texas state board exam granting me a license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have worked with individuals and families for over 25 years. My first post graduation position was Director of Child & Adolescent Unit at Intracare Psychiatric Hospital, followed by Director of Adoption Access, then Lead Therapist at St. Joseph's Hospital Adult Unit, and other agency and hospital positions scanning a 20 year period. My professional focus has always been to work with individuals, families and children in need of support, guidance and resources.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, mentally unsteady, or unsure how to move forward — you don’t have to carry that alone.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and graduate of North Carolina State University. I work with adults navigating anxiety, burnout, life transitions, relationship stress, and questions of direction or purpose. Many of the people I support feel capable and motivated — yet internally worn down, struggling to feel grounded, present, or confident in themselves.
My primary focus is helping clients stabilize emotionally and mentally — so you feel more anchored, regulated, and clear. From that place of steadiness, we begin to explore how you can grow into the fullest version of yourself, making the most of your strengths, values, and lived experience rather than trying to become someone you’re not.
Therapy with me is not about pushing or fixing — it’s about creating a solid foundation where clarity, confidence, and meaningful change can naturally emerge. For those who find meaning and strength in their Christian faith, I welcome that as part of our work together — though spirituality is never required or assumed. You bring what matters to you, and we build from there.
I’m a compassionate therapist dedicated to helping women navigate life’s challenges, reconnect with themselves, and rediscover their authentic voice. I specialize in working with high-functioning women who feel overwhelmed, burnt out, or stuck in survival mode, even if they appear to have everything together on the outside.
My clients are often used to being the strong one, the responsible one, or the one others rely on, but internally they may feel anxious, restless, emotionally exhausted, or unsure of who they are becoming. Therapy with me offers a space to slow down, make sense of what’s been happening beneath the surface, and begin reconnecting with yourself in a more grounded and compassionate way.
I also support men navigating anxiety, stress, and relationship challenges. Through my work with women, I’ve developed a deep understanding of relational dynamics and emotional patterns that impact partnerships. I work best with men who are open to reflection, willing to explore their patterns, and motivated to improve how they show up in their relationships.
I am a collaborative therapist specializing in holistic counseling, where I emphasize the interconnectedness of emotional and physical well-being in therapy. I understand that each person's journey is unique, so I tailor my approach to suit individual needs. With honesty, openness, and a focus on solutions, I work alongside clients to navigate their challenges and foster holistic healing and growth.
Greetings! I am Amina Omar Ali and I congratulate you for making this important step in changing your life for the better. It can be difficult decision and the work that follows in not easy, but with an open mind, and practice, you will get where you want to be.
My job is to facilitate your journey into self discovery, and help you find and attain what you want. Therapy is about you, and the work you do will determine the success you have in therapy.
Let me assure you that coming to therapy does not mean you are "crazy" or weak. It takes courage and strength to open yourself up to a stranger and do that deep dive into your vulnerable self.
Be proud you have made this choice, and recognize that with a little help you can change your life.
My experience includes helping clients with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, career challenges, and feelings of insecurity. I also helped adults who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.
My therapy style is person-centered. I believe in treating every person with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I do not believe in stigmatizing labels. I will tailor the dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. It takes courage to adapt to changes. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you.

Hi, I’m Kumalo—a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), behavioral health leader, and Army veteran with more than 20 years of experience helping individuals overcome challenges and reconnect with their strengths. My approach is structured, grounded, and compassionate. I use evidence-based treatments like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and EMDR to support adults facing stress, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and relationship difficulties.
I often work with people who juggle high-pressure careers, caregiving responsibilities, or the complex aftermath of trauma—especially military service members and veterans. You might feel stuck, overwhelmed, or like you’re operating on autopilot. Together, we’ll slow things down, clarify your goals, and develop practical strategies for healing, growth, and renewed purpose.
Before joining Grow Therapy, I led behavioral health programs across military and correctional settings—designing systems of care that work. If you’re ready to start showing up for yourself the way you’ve always shown up for others, let’s connect. You don’t have to carry it all alone.

Hi, I'm Aaron. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) working out of the state of Texas. I've been in the behavioral health field for over 13 years helping people of all ages overcome mental health struggles and substance use issues. I was called to this work because of my own struggles with depression and substance abuse; and, though I had to struggle in order to get where I am, I feel so grateful for my experiences. I have a passion for using mindfulness and compassion in my work and like to incorporate deep breathing and other body-based techniques whenever possible because, frankly, these are things that have worked well for me! I believe in the importance of helping you to understand the power of the mind-body connection in order to improve your relationship with yourself and the world around you. I'm a huge proponent of yoga and Brazilian jiu jitsu as healing arts and would encourage ANYONE to try them out.

I am a Gottman Couples Therapist located in Cambridge, Massachusetts, focused on helping partners rebuild trust, improve communication, and strengthen emotional and physical connection. My work centers on a Marriage Positive approach, grounded in research and compassion, and shaped by over a decade of experience with couples and individuals navigating relationship challenges, conflict, intimacy concerns, and emotional distance.
I'm Ehsan Adib Shabahang and I integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Gottman Therapy. These evidence-based approaches help clients identify unhelpful patterns, regulate emotions, and create meaningful change lasting beyond therapy. Using structured and collaborative sessions, with a focus on practical skills and deeper understanding of self and partner.
I am also the founder of the Self-Reflective Relationship Therapy (SRRT) framework, a model designed to help partners look inward with honesty and compassion. SRRT combines structured exercises with guided reflection to increase self-awareness, empathy, and accountability—the foundation for lasting relational repair. This approach grew from years of clinical work and research into what helps couples not only resolve conflict but transform how they relate to one another.
In addition to my work, I am the author of Always and Forever: Goals for a Healthy Relationship, offering couples practical tools for communication, trust, and growth. To build relationships that feels safe, balanced, and emotionally fulfilling.
I specialize in couples therapy, sex, premarital counseling, affair recovery, trauma, and individuals seeking to understand their emotions or strengthen their relationship readiness.

Life can get messy sometimes. Between work, relationships, family expectations, and just trying to take care of yourself, it’s easy to feel pulled in every direction. If you’ve been carrying too much or feeling weighed down by anxiety, stress, or old wounds, I want you to know you don’t have to go through it alone.
In our sessions, I show up as a real person—warm, attentive, and honest. I pay close attention to the little things, and I’ll share what I notice in a way that’s direct but never judgmental. My clients tell me it feels like talking to someone who truly “gets it.” As someone who understands the pressures of navigating multiple cultures, I bring that sensitivity into my work while welcoming people from all backgrounds.
Together, we’ll make sense of what’s been weighing on you and find practical ways to bring more peace, clarity, and connection into your life. Reaching out is a brave first step, and I’m here to walk with you through the next ones.
I am warm, DIRECT, solution-focused, AUTHENTIC, mildly confrontational, 100% Raw/Real and guaranteed to make you laugh as I have often heard from clients that I am funny :-) I won't lie to you or co-sign lies you tell yourself. I will gently reflect what you are not saying and what you are not showing so that you can explore for yourself. The intention of services provided to present and future clients are to support them in navigating through the pain. The only way out is through. Not above, below, or around the pain but through it. The good news is you are not alone and don’t have to do it alone. Utilize the resources offered in this collaborative effort in creating the life (mind, body, & soul) you deserve.

Thank you for taking the first step of courage and making yourself a priority today. Opening yourself up and being vulnerable can be a tremendous step to your healing process. As Brene Brown says, “Vulnerability is not winning or losing, it’s having the courage to show up and be seen when we have no control over the outcome.” You are showing up for yourself today! Although the first steps can be overwhelming, I can walk with you and help guide you on the journey of healing and peace. I will always provide a safe space of acceptance and non-judgement for you to share your emotional pain, grow to love and be kind to yourself, and find the peace you deserve to heal. Remember that you are worthy and deserving of being free of the emotional pain you are experiencing. Be kind to yourself.
**If you are viewing my profile for your child (3-17 years of age), I provide a calming and accepting space to assist with regulating your child's emotions. Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Texas. I received my Masters in Counseling and have been practicing for 12 years. I have experience working with various age groups (from adolescents to adults), in different settings (outpatient and in controlled environments), and I am driven to helping others find their sense of identity and empowerment through the struggles they have faced.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and reside in Texas, I am also licensed in Colorado, Florida, Idaho, Utah, South Carolina, and Vermont. I specialize in helping you identify and overcome issues that hinder your day-to-day enjoyment of life and/or interfere with progress towards goals you have set. In over thirty years of private practice counseling I have learned to meet clients’ needs not only with continued education and research but also through a multitude of life experiences. I enjoy working with a diverse range of clients and have found that humor when utilized in an appropriate way and time can be very beneficial.
I believe trust is a fundamental element in any relationship. This trust has to be developed and nurtured to remain genuine. Through trust other aspects important to the relationship can prosper such as comfort in being open, sincerity, and a willingness to change. I find that humor when utilized in an appropriate way and time can be very beneficial. I am a life-long Texan, however, I have traveled extensively and embraced many different cultures and location specific issues. Through all of life’s changes I have learned that, even with the best of plans, things still do not always work out the way we would like. I have experienced many of the same issues as my clients so can relate to them on a personal basis. This has also allowed me to acquire an understanding of what clients may be going through even if I have not experienced the exact situation. Through any adversity there is no reason to feel alone.

Hello! I'm Karen--but, I'm not "a" Karen!!
We all have times in our lives when we need a little help sorting through life's challenges. Sometimes we feel anxious, discouraged, or overwhelmed. I want to be there to help you overcome whatever it is you're going through!
I am a strength-focused therapist who will work with you to help you become aware of all the positive things you have going for you. Together, we will work to change the narrative and see life's challenges as opportunities!
I know therapy may seem scary, but I truly honor and respect all of my clients--you're doing the right thing--the brave thing--in taking the first step and making an appointment.
I hope to hear from you and look forwarding to working with you!
Welcome. I’m a combat veteran and retired Army officer, a devout Christian, husband, father, grandfather, and experienced clinical psychologist. I want to get into the root causes of your battle and find ways to overcome, change, forgive, accept, and move upward toward the light. It may not seem like it, but the darkness will eventually lift, and the light will surely shine again.
Life is a battle in the heart, and I humbly accept that I will be in my own battle or someone else’s battle for the rest of my life. Like the weather, our emotions are powerful. Many days the sun shines, but the rains do come and sometimes a destructive storm hits hard (divorce, the loss of a loved one, cancer, suicidal thoughts, et cetera). It's a battlefield. When it comes to the challenge of relationships, so often, it is ego (wounded pride), self-esteem, and powerful emotions at the root of our conflicts. To understand these forces is the key to peace. Let's work through it!
I have been honored to be in the field of psychology for 22 years since 2004. Through the years, more than half of my time was in the Army where I primarily worked with soldiers enduring anxiety, depression, trauma, Traumatic Brain Injury, and all the other usual suspects of psychological distress. It was a time well for the analysis of guilt, fear, worry, shame, pain, heartbreak, addiction, identity conflicts, and sorrow. I’ve also worked in the prisons for many years with some extreme situations (i.e., murder, severe mental illness, rape, child molestation, drug kingpins, gang leaders). So, no matter what your circumstances are, never quit and never give up! Survival is a noble plight!
When you face painful life circumstances and personal challenges, one of the bravest and wisest things you can do is to reach out for help. My passion is to provide a caring environment focused on helping you to grow and heal.
I have a Bachelor of Science in Education with a Minor in Biblical Studies from Lee University and a Master of Education in Counseling from the University of Houston. Before opening New Hope I spent 11 years working as a school counselor and a contract LPC.

I’m Dr. Ward, and I help people who are tired of pretending they’re okay when they’re not. My clients are strong, capable, and deeply overwhelmed; managing relationships that feel distant, kids who need more than they can give, and the weight of everyone else’s needs on their shoulders. I work with individuals and couples who are running on empty but still showing up every day, quietly asking, “What about me?”
In therapy, we make space for you. We untangle the pressure, the silence, the self-doubt, and we start telling the truth. Not just about what’s going wrong, but about what you want, what you deserve, and how to stop shrinking to survive. My work is honest, direct, deeply compassionate, and always rooted in helping you feel like yourself again, not the version of you that’s just barely holding it together.
