Hi! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) practicing in Texas and Idaho. I believe Mental health matters for all ages! I have experience working with individuals from all walks of life, ages 8+ to the sages. Throughout our sessions together I will work to create a safe, non-judgmental space for you to show up, just as you are. It’s ok, to not be ok! I am committed to walking with you, using evidence-based modalities, such as CBT, Client-Centered, Solution Focus, EMDR, and Psychoeducation, to ensure you meet your goals. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and received my Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Amberton University. I have experience in Health Care and Mental Health services working for non-profit, for-profit, nursing homes, and home health. I have experience from entry-level positions to management experience. I enjoy teaching, working with others, and seeing the difference counseling makes in individuals' lives.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first few sessions we will begin by building rapport, going over what to expect out of counseling and what it means, my counseling approaches, what brings you to counseling, and your goals for therapy.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Being a BIPOC provider. Having experience working with teenagers, adults, and the geriatric population. History of being a mental health case manager, team leader, scheduling coordinator, and supervisor. History in completing assessments, treatment plans, and FMLA & Emotional Support Animal (ESA) letters.100% client success rate history.
