In our first session together, here's what you can expect

I am committed to creating a safe, compassionate, and nurturing space where you can feel comfortable opening up and sharing your story. I want my clients to feel supported, respected, and free from judgment. Building trust is an essential part of the therapeutic relationship, and I work to ensure that you feel heard and understood. Together, we can begin a journey toward hope, healing, and personal growth.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

What sets my work apart is my extensive experience and integrative therapeutic approach. With over 20 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families, I have supported clients navigating depression, anxiety, grief, childhood trauma, PTSD, and family or relationship challenges. My approach is both integrative and evidence-based. I draw from a range of therapeutic modalities—including Brainspotting, EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and the Gottman Method (Level I trained)—to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs. This allows us to address challenges not only at the cognitive level, but also at the deeper emotional and neurological levels where many patterns and traumatic experiences are stored. In addition, I bring strong cultural awareness to my work. Being fluent in Urdu, Hindi, and Punjabi allows me to connect with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds and better understand the impact of multicultural, family, and intergenerational dynamics on emotional wellbeing. My goal is to help clients gain insight, process unresolved experiences, and develop the tools needed to create meaningful and lasting change in their lives.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work with teens, adults, couples, families, and older adults, offering individualized care that honors each client’s story and strengths. My approach is integrative and evidence-based, combining techniques from Brainspotting, EMDR, DBT, CBT, Gottman Method (trained in Level I), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to promote lasting emotional healing and personal empowerment.
