Are you dealing with anxiety, depression, aging, self-esteem, or relationship issues?
Feeling overwhelmed by the constant news cycle? Struggling with anxiety or frustration due to politics?
Let’s talk about strategies to navigate stressors, regain control of your mental health, and have emotional balance.
Seeking therapy can be scary, but you are making the first step to a healthier, more positive you. I will provide a safe space for you to heal and grow.
I accept Medicare in Indiana and Ohio, along with other insurances.
Has life been lifing lately?
As a parent raising a child on the Autism Spectrum, I understand the unique challenges that can come your way. I know what it's like to ride the emotional rollercoaster, feeling overwhelmed, depressed, anxious, and unsure of which way to turn. I know the ache of feeling misunderstood or invisible. Life isn’t always easy, but even in the chaos, you hold the power to create the change you desire.
When life becomes challenging, when self-care is slipping away, or when stress and struggles seem overwhelming or paralyzing, I want you to know that you are not alone. You are stronger than you realize. You can discover (or rediscover) your “authentic self” even when it seems impossible or unsurmountable. I am here to help. Together, we can assess what your authentic needs are and how to achieve them in mind, body, emotions, spirit and action. I’m here to guide, educate, and empower you. My care approach is one of curiosity and compassion so that during our sessions, you are free to slow down and safely practice mindfulness and self-care.
Together, we will decide which types of interventions work best for you: talk therapy, faith-based, practical problem-solving, trauma-informed care, or creative techniques like art or narrative approaches. We will explore your inner thought-life through mindfulness and cognitive work. We will identify skills, strengths, and supports that can grow through patient practice between sessions. With evidence-based techniques, we will find and navigate paths so you can reclaim joy and walk in peace. I am privileged to walk alongside you during your journey.
Peace and hope are possible and sustainable.
You deserve to take care of yourself.
You are stronger on the other side.
With 11 years of licensed social work and therapy experience, I am passionate about supporting women through the challenges that life can bring. Hello! I have been in the field since my first graduate degree in 1998. I have vast experience with humans suffering from all sorts of mental health needs and I also have life experiences which translate into a genuine, real understanding and desire to help others. I enjoy partnering to set goals, engage in therapeutic work, and watch the growth and healing occur. I believe that education is extremely valuable and have two other graduate degrees as well. I use my education and experience to help others live healthier, happier, more fulfilling lives.
Even with more than 20 years as a counselor, I continue to be in awe of the strength and resilience I have the privelage of witnessing. Therapy can be difficult at times but I desire to walk alongside and be a supportive presence on your journey.
Throughout my career, I have worked in a variety of settings including residential treatment, community mental health, hospitals, EAP (employee assistance program), college and small group practice. I frequently work with clients as they cope with depression, anxiety, stress, life changes, and trauma.
Hello! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Indiana. I earned my Master’s degree from Indiana University Northwest and have been practicing for the past four years. Much of my professional experience has been dedicated to supporting individuals struggling with addiction.
In addition to addiction recovery, I have extensive experience working with clients facing unresolved childhood trauma, anxiety, anger management, depression, adjustment challenges, grief and loss, marital concerns, and low self-esteem. I also work with individuals who may feel stuck or unfulfilled and are seeking greater clarity and purpose in their lives. My approach is compassionate, client-centered, and grounded in helping people move toward healing, balance, and personal growth.
You are not broken — you are becoming. I believe healing begins at the intersection of truth, safety, and purpose. I provide a safe and empowering space for individuals navigating trauma, identity wounds, life transitions, and relational patterns that no longer serve them. Whether depression, addiction, unresolved trauma, marital woes or seeking emotional steadiness as a first responder. I am here to offer support and a judgment-free, solution-based environment. Trust the process.
Having worked in myriad settings already since getting my LSW in 2018, and having been in helping professions since age 19, the reason I still love this line of work is due to the change one can bring to people's Worlds, in a way they may have never thought possible. I am client-centered and focused on making it so my clients don't need therapy anymore, by freeing them of mental maladies that many decide to internalize, instead of cure.
Hello! I'm a licenced clinical social worker in Indiana! I love working with clients to help them see the best in themselves, and to use their strengths to get closer to their personal goals.

Waasssuuuppppp, cousin?! Happy __________ [insert day]!
I’m Nicole, and I’m here to remind you that when you choose yourself, you show the world what you truly deserve. Choosing yourself isn’t always easy, and it’s not always met with acceptance or understanding, but it’s worth it. Welcome to the other side of life, where healing resides.
I proudly call myself a “hope dealer” with a deep passion for Black mental health and wellness. Over the past decade (and some), I’ve gained invaluable experience working with Indiana’s child welfare and juvenile justice systems. My areas of expertise include, but aren’t limited to, abuse and neglect, post-traumatic stress, race-related trauma and discrimination, sexually harmful behaviors, mood and anxiety disorders, challenges with positive self-image, and attachment disorders. I take pride in creating a therapeutic space that feels like a conversation at your kitchen table—a space where ethics, creativity, and humor meet.
Therapy with me is an experience that gives you the chance to refocus on the parts of yourself that can get lost in the noise of others. It’s a space to reflect, release, and relearn. Life’s tough enough with responsibilities, and even finding matching socks—therapy doesn’t have to be hard too. At least not all the time. I’m grateful to those who choose me to guide them on their healing journey. To quote Lauryn Hill, “How you gon’ win when you ain’t right within?” So let’s stop wondering. This time, I encourage you to choose yourself.

For starters, congratulations to you and your willingness to give therapy a try. Whether it’s with me or with another wonderful therapist, blessings to you as you start (or continue) your mental health journey.
People have different “motives” that bring them to therapy. Maybe you’re the person who carries the world on your shoulders. You could be someone who struggles with finding their voice. Maybe you feel like you’ll never be enough or feel like you have to prove yourself to someone. There could be underlying motives that you may gain clarity on once you start therapy.
What ever it may be, you got this. A brand new you is loading…😎
Are you feeling stuck and unsure of how to get past symptoms of anxiety, depression or past trauma? It's common to experience mental health-related challenges in life and to get stuck at times. We're not born with a built-in understanding of how to be psychologically healthy, so sometimes it's a good idea to get a little guidance from an unbiased professional. My ideal client is motivated to understand themselves better and to make the necessary adjustments to improve their quality of life.
I am a somatic therapist, not just a talk therapist. I work in the body. I help adults reduce overwhelm, build practical tools, and create real, lasting change in daily life. My work integrates structured, evidence based approaches with a nervous system focused approach that supports regulation, recovery, and clarity.
I focus on you as a person, not a diagnosis, and tailor the work to how you function best.

I am passionate about helping people navigate the challenges of PTSD, depression, anxiety, and addiction. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside clients in community mental health centers, academic medical settings, and private practice, supporting them as they heal, grow, and discover what’s possible for their lives.
I am also deeply passionate about teaching and sharing knowledge—I’ve taught college courses on addiction treatment and have led trainings for other therapists on how to provide effective, compassionate care. I earned my graduate degree from the University of Chicago.
When I’m not in session, you’ll often find me enjoying a good book, trying out a new recipe, or enjoying quiet moments with my spouse and our two cats.
