Janee’ Fuller
I’m Janee’ Lenese Fuller, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and founder of Beautiful Minds LLC in Northwest Indiana. I provide compassionate, culturally responsive therapy for children, teens, adults, and families. My approach blends honest conversation with practical tools to help you navigate anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions while building greater confidence, healthier boundaries, and lasting emotional well-being together.
First session
Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and talk about what brings you to therapy. You don’t need to prepare a perfect explanation or know exactly where to start. I’ll guide the conversation, and you can share at a pace that feels comfortable. We’ll discuss your current concerns, relevant history, and how things have been affecting your daily life. I’ll also ask about your strengths, support system, and what you hope will change through therapy. Together, we’ll begin identifying goals that feel meaningful and manageable for you. I’ll explain my approach, confidentiality and its limits, and what you can expect from our work together. You’ll have time to ask questions and consider whether working with me feels like a good fit. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and clearer about our next steps. At Beautiful Minds LLC, you can come as you are we’ll start there.
Strengths
My approach combines warm, honest conversation with practical tools you can use in everyday life. You’ll have space to talk openly, explore what’s keeping you stuck, and work toward changes that matter to you. I take time to understand your experiences, strengths, culture, and values. As a Black woman and Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I recognize how family expectations, cultural messages, and the pressure to stay strong can affect your emotional well-being. You can bring those experiences into our conversations without minimizing them. Together, we’ll connect insight with action whether that means practicing a boundary, challenging an unhelpful thought, managing overwhelming emotions, or communicating your needs. I draw from strengths-based care, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused approaches, and mindfulness, tailoring our work to your goals and pace. At Beautiful Minds LLC, you can expect compassion, thoughtful questions, and encouragement to grow. Your feedback helps shape our work, so therapy stays focused on what feels useful and meaningful to you.

Treatment methods
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you understand how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors connect. Together, we identify unhelpful patterns, explore more balanced ways of thinking, and practice coping skills for everyday challenges. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your needs, with practical tools to help you manage difficult emotions, build confidence, and make meaningful changes between sessions.
