Your first session will be an intake in which we discuss what has prompted you starting therapy and the things you would like to address in therapy.
As a therapist I am very solution driven. If you come to therapy with a problem, it is my desire to help you address that problem with realistic coping tools and startegies to improve your overall mental health.
