Welcome! I know how hard it can be to reach out for support. If you're here, I want you to know that you're not alone and you don't have to figure everything out by yourself. I'm someone who believes in the power of feeling seen, heard, and understood. I believe that therapy should feel like a real conversation where you can breathe, think, and be real, not a clinical checklist. I believe you deserve a space where you don't have to pretend, perform, or be "put together". Therapy with me is about helping you feel safe enough to be your real, unfiltered self. The parts that feel strong and the parts that feel messy. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Florida and for over 6 years I've helped adolescents and adults navigate anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. A lot of the people that I work with are tired of wearing masks- the "strong one", the "fun one", the "reliable one". Underneath, they feel overwhelmed, anxious, numb, or disconnected from who they used to be. I help create a space where you can take those masks off without fear. You don't have to know the right words. You don't have to have everything figured out. You just have to show up as you are. Together, we'll work through what you're carrying and build tools that feel realistic and fit your real life. If you're tired of pretending and ready for a space where you can just be real, I'd love to support you.
I specialize in working with individuals dealing with anxiety, sexual addiction, pornography addiction, and emotional pain from past experiences. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive environment where you can heal, regain control, and start living the full life you were meant to live. With a background as both a pastor and therapist, I bring a compassionate, understanding approach to therapy. I use evidence based, personalized strategies to help you overcome the issues you’re facing.
My therapy approach is flexible, meeting you where you are and creating a safe space for open sharing, as I believe healing begins when hidden struggles are confronted. Certified in DBT and CBT, with extensive experience in treating substance use, I tailor my approach to your unique needs, helping you overcome resistance and align your life with your personal values. I strive to foster a collaborative and empowering environment throughout our work together.

Hello there, my name is Mariana, and I am here to help you reach your goals. Working in the Mental health, and substance use field for the past 14 years has taught me healing does not necessarily come from one path. Based on the positive outcomes and feedback with those I have treated, I use an integrative healthcare approach, I assess the whole person including body, mind, and spirit in the context of community, considering lifestyle and habits; I work by looking at the whole person, not just symptoms. This leads us to being able to identify and to work on the challenges experienced through a lifetime.
I believe that wellbeing is a general state of "contentment" with life and the way things are. In this state of contentment, we experience a sense of balance and connection to a purpose. In my practice I explore with you the main areas of wellbeing and the blockages that have been impeding you to reach your best. I see therapy as a teamwork between you and me in where you share your own experiences and I provide my clinical expertise to implement an individualized plan that works for you.
I can provide therapy in Spanish or English. I work mainly using tele therapy in the state of Florida. I am an energetic and creative therapist passionate about meeting with people to bring more clarity, peace, and joy into their life. I am also a Christian, mother, cat-mom, artist, athlete, amateur cook/baker, and reading enthusiast. I utilize a mixture of evidence-based practices and creative exercises to meet people where they are at, develop a deep understanding of their circumstances, as well as how they are thinking about those circumstances. I guide my client to setting specific intentions for our time together that they agree will be worthwhile. I will be warm and understanding, but I am also not afraid to challenge my clients on things they could benefit from changing. I often enjoy using humor and laughter as a force for that change.
I have experience serving in a private practice outpatient capacity, intensive outpatient hospital setting, and at the residential level of care. These unique settings have given me a variety of skills and an ability to understand multiple levels of distress and/or what past treatment may have been like for my clients (the good, the bad, and the ugly.)
Over the course of my career—as a school counselor, higher education instructor, and now a telehealth clinician—I have honed the ability to create trusting, empowering relationships with clients and their families. I value collaboration, transparency, and humor in therapy, and I strive to provide a space where clients feel both seen and celebrated. I help my clients identify their concerns and strengths. Then, we work together to develop a plan to capitalize on your strengths and address your concerns.
Hello, my name is Nicole! Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me and what I do !
I am a licensed psychotherapist practicing in Florida. I love what I do and I am honored to have the opportunity to serve my community.I work with a variety of clients from ages 5-65 both in person and via telehealth; depending on client preference.
I provide individual, couples and family therapy.
I like to be very client centered in my approach; and combine techniques to meet you where you are, and work with you in a way that works for you. I tailor my approach specifically for you and your specific goals for our work together. What is important for you at the current moment, is where we will start :)
In addition to a client centered approach, I also like to look at the entire person, and their lifestyle to take a more holistic approach to healing. I often combine ancient/traditional practices with modern psychotherapy for those clients who are open to it. Our bodies, minds and spirits are all connected - so it can be helpful to focus on all areas to create healing on all levels and help create the best quality of life possible for each unique individual.

Struggling with addiction can feel isolating—but you don’t have to face it alone. Whether you are dealing with substance use, alcohol dependence, or trying to make sense of repeated relapses, I offer a space where you can be honest, understood, and supported without judgment.
With over 15 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Master’s Level Certified Addiction Professional (MCAP) in Florida, I’ve worked alongside individuals at every stage of recovery. I understand how complex addiction is—and how much strength it takes to ask for help.
I specialize in working with people navigating addiction, trauma, mental health challenges, and major life transitions. I use evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care to support meaningful, lasting change. I believe therapy works best when it’s a collaborative process—where your voice is valued and your goals guide the work we do together.
I also bring a personal understanding of the recovery process, which allows me to meet clients with both clinical expertise and authentic empathy. Whether you’re newly sober, returning to recovery, or just starting to question your relationship with substances, you’ll be met with compassion, honesty, and real support every step of the way.
