My treatment methods

Christian Counseling

Integrating faith-based counseling into my practice has brought numerous benefits to the clients I've had the privilege to work with. It provides invaluable support, aiding them in making lasting changes that positively impact their lives. I always offer the option for clients to include their Christian beliefs in their treatment journey, empowering them to make a choice that aligns with their values and convictions.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

DBT is beneficial for my clients as it teaches them practical skills to regulate emotions, improve relationships, and cope with stress.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I have find that the use of CBT with my clients helps identify and modify negative thought patterns that contribute to their distress. Clients learn how to better manage their symptoms and improve their overall well-being.

Person-centered (Rogerian)

Incorporating the person-centered approach allows me to honor my clients' autonomy, fostering a therapeutic relationship based on empathy, genuineness, and unconditional positive regard
