To feel truly seen, heard, and understood is one of the most powerful experiences we can have—and it can also be incredibly healing. Therapy offers a space where you are invited to bring your full self: your thoughts, your feelings, your fears, your hopes, and the parts of your story that may feel confusing, heavy, or difficult to carry alone. My goal is to help create that space for you—one grounded in empathy, trust, and safety. When we begin to explore who we are on a deeper level, we open the door to greater self-awareness and meaningful change. In the therapeutic relationship, I strive to support you in reconnecting with your inner voice and your emotional truths. I believe we all carry the answers we seek within us—but sometimes, life’s challenges can make them hard to hear or trust. Whether you are navigating a specific struggle or simply seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, you deserve support that honors your unique story. Life can be both beautiful and incredibly complex. It brings joys, transitions, losses, and moments of uncertainty that can feel overwhelming when we’re trying to face them on our own. Without the right tools or support, stress, anxiety, sadness, or feelings of being “stuck” can take root. My hope is to walk alongside you through those challenges—to help you name what you’re feeling, explore what matters most to you, and build a stronger connection with yourself.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Together, we will explore not only the challenges you're facing, but also your strengths, values, and capacity for growth. I believe therapy is a collaborative process rooted in mutual respect. Your goals, your pace, and your experiences are central to the work we’ll do together. Through this process, you can begin to cultivate a deeper sense of congruence—a life where your inner self and outer world are more aligned, and where self-love, confidence, and trust can grow.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I work from a person-centered approach, which means I view you as the expert of your own experience. This humanistic model of therapy emphasizes empathy, unconditional positive regard, and authenticity. My role is not to tell you who you are or what to do, but to support you in discovering that for yourself. I also draw from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based practices, which can provide useful tools and insights as we work together to identify patterns, process emotions, and build coping strategies that serve you in your daily life.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work with children, teens, and adults, and tailor treatment to meet the individual needs of each client. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression, self-doubt, grief, relationship concerns, life transitions, or past trauma, I aim to offer a safe, welcoming space where you can explore what healing means for you. It would be an honor to walk beside you on your path toward greater emotional wellness and self-understanding. I truly believe in the resilience of the human spirit and the power of connection in the healing process. You don’t have to do this alone.
