I'm so glad you are here. As a counselor, my goal is to provide a safe space for you to process your emotions and help you achieve your goals related to mental health. Whether it is emotional pain, anxiety, grief, life changes, or relationship conflict. I understand how difficult it can be to open up to someone. I am a bilingual (Spanish) and Christian faith-based therapist and have experience working with clients from Hispanic backgrounds, women's issues, teens, and adults(13+).

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, we will discuss what brings you to therapy and the issues you are facing. I will gather some information during your intake session about your history of Mental Health and medical issues, family, friends, and support systems, in addition to the symptoms that have been bothering you. This will help me develop a plan for the follow-up sessions.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I'm a trauma-informed clinician and understand the impact of trauma on the mind/body. My biggest strength is working together to improve the areas where you may be feeling stuck.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

Women issues and relationships, Hispanic and Immigrant families, teens, Christian values, and Catholic faith.
