In 2009, I received my bachelor’s degree in psychology from Western Kentucky University. In 2014, I received my master’s in clinical Mental Health Counseling from Florida Gulf Coast University. Even though I’m part of the LGBTQ+ community myself, I work with all kinds of people. I have a lot of experience helping men and women who are married or dating each other, as well as people from different backgrounds, including LGBTQ+ folks.
My way of helping is gentle, caring, and never judgmental. When you’re stressed out, anxious, or overwhelmed, I help you slow down, breathe, and see what’s really going on.
