In our first session together, we will go over your intake forms. I will ask you additional questions and we will together explore treatment goals and options.

I serve middle school age through adults. I can assist with multiple mental health issues including co-occurring disorders. I use evidenced based practices and mindfulness training. We look together for solution focused treatments. The ideal patient will be ready for positive change and willing to take chances.
