My main focus is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, but use other modalities when necessary to help clients achieve the change they are seeking. My practice involves, but is not exclusive to, marriage and family counseling, depression, anxiety, bipolar issues, LGBTQ issues, aging issues, workplace issues, mediation etc. I also provide faith based counseling when requested. My practice is open to all regardless of who they are or the issues for which they may be seeking guidance. My goal is to help clients move forward positively, finding coping skills that work well for them. If in the process I or the client determine I am not the right fit, my self esteem is not tied to it. I will help them find someone who may work better for helping them to achieve their goals.

The most important person in our session will be you. I believe that until you put the oxygen mask on yourself, you cannot solve your issues or help anyone else.
