(she/her)
Hi, I’m Stacey, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 9 years of experience helping individuals navigate life’s challenges. I provide virtual therapy for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, psychosis, and other mental health concerns. I also served as a Guardian ad Litem volunteer for three years, advocating for children and families in need. My goal is to provide a compassionate, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change.
Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other in a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space. My goal is for you to feel heard, understood, and respected from the very beginning. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, your strengths, your goals, and what you hope to achieve. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and together we’ll create a treatment plan that builds on your strengths and helps you move toward meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.
I believe every person has strengths, even when life feels overwhelming. My approach focuses on helping you recognize those strengths, build resilience, and develop practical tools to navigate life’s challenges. No matter what you’re facing, we’ll work together at your pace in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment to help you move toward your goals.
Life can be overwhelming, but you don't have to face it alone. I work with children, teen, and adults who are looking for practical tools to navigate life's challenges. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, self-esteem, and other everyday challenges. My goal is to create a comfortable, supportive environment where you are safe to be yourself. Together, we'll build healthy coping skills, improve communication, and develop strategies that help create lasting, meaningful change.
