I utilize Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to facilitate deeper emotional connections and resolve relational conflicts. By creating a safe and empathetic environment, I help you explore underlying emotions and attachment needs.
I incorporate mindfulness-based therapy to help you cultivate present-moment awareness and develop greater self-compassion.
I utilize Motivational Interviewing (MI) to work together with you to help you understand your mixed feelings about change. By listening carefully and asking questions that make you think, I help you discover what really matters to you.
