Hi, I’m a therapist who brings both clinical expertise and genuine care to help you feel seen, heard, and supported. I hold a B.A. in Psychology from the University of North Florida and a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. My passion lies in supporting individuals through life’s toughest seasons, whether it's navigating grief, managing anxiety or depression, adjusting to major life changes, or finding your footing in the postpartum journey. I believe therapy should feel like a conversation with someone who truly gets you. Together, we’ll create a plan that meets you where you are and helps you move forward with confidence. Reach out anytime, I'm here when you're ready.
From the outside, it may look like you have it all. You've built a successful career, business, or family, yet something still feels off. You may feel disconnected, misunderstood, stressed, or simply not as fulfilled as you expected to be. You might even find yourself wondering, "Why doesn't this feel the way I thought it would?"
If that resonates with you, you're not alone. Since 2007, I've helped individuals and couples better understand themselves by uncovering the relationship blind spots that quietly shape every area of their lives—from the relationship they have with themselves to the relationships they have with the people they love.
Many of my clients don't come to therapy because they're falling apart. They come because they know they're capable of experiencing more in life. More love. More connection. More peace. More fulfillment. They simply don't know what's getting in the way.
Together, we'll identify the patterns that may be keeping you stuck so you can begin creating the life and relationships you've been wanting all along.
My practice is intentionally small and built around a concierge model of care that differs from traditional in-network therapy. I work best with clients who are ready to invest in themselves through a committed, integrative process rather than casual weekly check-ins.
As a Licensed Therapist, I am committed to maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards and contributing to advancing the social work profession.
With over 25 years of experience in social work, I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) fluent in two languages/cultures.
