About me

Hi, I’m Danielle, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adults navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, grief, and feeling overwhelmed. I provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable being yourself and talking openly about what you’re experiencing. My approach is collaborative and practical, with a focus on helping you build insight, recognize your strengths, and develop tools that support meaningful change in your everyday life.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and talk about what brought you to therapy. We’ll explore what has been going on, what you would like to change, and what you hope to gain from our work together. You don’t need to have everything figured out before you arrive. I’ll ask questions to better understand your experiences, current concerns, strengths, and goals. Together, we’ll begin identifying areas you would like to focus on and discuss what therapy can look like moving forward.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I bring warmth, curiosity, and a practical, solution-focused approach to therapy. I strive to create a space where clients feel comfortable being honest without fear of judgment. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I tailor our work to your needs, goals, and experiences. I use evidence-based strategies, including cognitive behavioral and solution-focused techniques, to help you better understand patterns, manage difficult emotions, challenge unhelpful thoughts, strengthen boundaries, and build coping skills you can use outside of sessions. My goal is to help you recognize your strengths while making meaningful, realistic changes in your everyday life.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal client is an adult who may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stressed, or stuck while navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, work-related stress, grief, or changes within their family. They may struggle with overthinking, self-doubt, setting boundaries, or managing things outside of their control. They are looking for a supportive space to process what they’re experiencing while also learning practical tools to manage emotions, build confidence, and create meaningful changes in their life.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use CBT to help clients understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we identify unhelpful thought patterns, explore how those patterns may be affecting daily life, and practice developing more balanced and helpful ways of thinking. I also incorporate practical coping strategies that clients can use between sessions to manage anxiety, stress, and other challenges.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

I use Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to help clients identify their strengths, recognize what is already working, and focus on practical steps toward the changes they want to make. Rather than focusing only on problems, we explore goals, previous successes, available resources, and small, achievable actions that can help clients build confidence and move toward their preferred future.
