Hi, I'm Taylere! Finding a therapist and embarking on a journey of healing is brave, I am glad you're here. Starting therapy can feel awkward. You might not know where to begin, feel unsure of what to say, or worry that you’re “doing it wrong.” (For the record, there’s no such thing.) My goal is to create a space that feels warm, safe, and human, where you can show up exactly as you are messy thoughts, big feelings, and all the things. I’ve loved exploring people’s stories and helping them make sense of their experiences ever since I started training in therapy. I’m passionate about understanding how early life experiences shape who we are today, while also offering practical tools to cope and grow. I strive to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and non-judgmental, where you can be curious about yourself, build insight, and feel empowered to make meaningful changes. Outside of work, I love to read fantasy books, take my dog for a walk, and go to concerts.

I’m Malavika— my clients call me Mal. Reaching out for support isn’t always easy, and I’m really glad you’re here. Has life been feeling more overwhelming lately? Is anxiety or feeling down making things harder to manage? Are you navigating life transitions, loss of direction, or the pressure of cultural or family expectations? Do you feel like you and your partner keep having the same arguments over and over? I work with individuals who are experiencing relationship challenges, as well as those managing multicultural and immigrant family dynamics. Together, we will explore patterns that feel hard to shift and find practical ways to move forward. My approach is collaborative and grounded in mindfulness, attachment-informed work, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

Do you feel easily triggered by people or events in your everyday life? Are you struggling to understand the root of intense emotions that emerge as a result? My name is Regina Walsvig, CA Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT). I specialize in treating high-level anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, infertility, and relationship difficulties. As your therapist, I tailor my approach to match the client's needs for continuous change, symptom relief, growth, and ignite personal change. I always had a passion for therapy. I knew at 7 years old this was my calling. I went on to study Sociology in my undergraduate years and went to the University of California, Santa Barbara. I then went on to get my Master's degree in Psychology from J.F.K University and graduated in 2008. In addition to my Master’s degree, I have an added emphasis of Somatic Psychology which is: ‘the study of the mind/body interface, the relationship between our physical matter and our energy, the interaction of our body structures with our thoughts and actions’. I pull from a multitude of theories and coaching techniques. Therapy can be long-term or goal-oriented with me. I find both have great advantages and I let the client guide me on that. I’m truly invested in our relationship and care deeply when working with clients. I work in Private Practice and have been a Clinical Supervisor for a Non-profit in the Bay Area. I appreciate doing private practice since I can have a deep, meaningful relationship that can help empower my clients and foster change.

If you’re looking for a therapist who will actually listen—who won’t dismiss your concerns or pathologize your pain—you’re in the right place. Maybe you're wondering if you have ADHD, autism, or anxiety. Maybe you've been masking for years and don’t know where to start. Maybe you're carrying trauma, grief, or a deep sense that something has always felt a little off. I work with people who’ve spent too long feeling misunderstood, misdiagnosed, or minimized—and are ready for something different. You don’t need a perfect narrative. You don’t need to show up polished. You don’t even need to be sure what you need yet. With over 11 years of experience, I specialize in working with neurodivergent and emotionally complex clients—including first responders, trauma survivors, and members of the LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities. I have a Master’s in Clinical Counseling, a Master’s in Forensic Psychology, and I’m currently completing a Ph.D. in Forensic Psychology. I combine clinical insight with curiosity, humor, and a belief in your capacity to grow—even if it’s messy.

Trauma can hurt long after the painful events are over. It creeps into our relationships and makes it hard to love and trust others. Often, even more painfully, it makes it hard to love and trust ourselves. Often we try to ignore it, avoid it, try to forget it, but the hurt and memories always seem to come back. Maybe you find it hard to trust others, unsure if they are safe. Maybe you notice you are a "people pleaser", worried about making others happy but not happy yourself. If people in your life have hurt you, I want you to know that you are not alone, and healing is possible. As a trauma therapist, I will help you connect how the story of your past echoes into your present. I will support you in identifying the hangups that get you stuck and help you to get a foothold in your life. As you heal from your past and harmful coping, I will support you with taking control of your life and moving towards the goals you've hoped for. I have the best job in the world. It's an incredible experience to connect to people, many whom have never been able to safely share about themselves, and help them feel heard, validated, and supported. Starting therapy can be nerve-wracking, but if you are interested, or even curious, I'd be happy to work with you.

You want to change your feelings, thoughts, or behaviors, but every time you try, it blows up in your face. (Not literally...hopefully.) How do you get unstuck?! The most important factor is the relationship with your therapist. My main focus is teaming up with you - not telling you what to do - in figuring out how to help you create new patterns. My practice mostly revolves around increasing your awareness of what’s happening in your mind and your body – and above all, respecting your experience. My approach focuses on mindfulness, DBT, and post-traumatic growth. This takes work, but with the help of someone you trust, you absolutely can change the structure of your brain! As much as I may be in the most privileged of demographics (see photo), I’ve taken a lifetime’s worth of feeling inferior and deployed it for good: Being able to empathize with you, the client. I've worked extensively with anger, grief, substance use, LGBTQ+-related issues, insomnia, racial identity, relationship issues, sports performance, etc. I have an easygoing way of communicating with clients. My communication style definitely doesn't have that solemn, overly serious tone that you might see depicted in movie therapists. Just to forewarn: My sessions can and will include some (very lame) jokes here and there, but that does not mean I don't take your struggle seriously.

Hi, I’m Norma Elia Luna, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the therapist behind Sol de Luna Therapy. I provide warm, collaborative, trauma-informed therapy that integrates attachment-focused and somatic perspectives. I believe the patterns we struggle with often make more sense when we understand what they have been trying to protect us from. In our work, we may explore how past experiences, relationships, emotions, and nervous system responses continue to shape the way you experience yourself and the people around you today. My goal is not simply to help you manage symptoms, but to help you understand yourself more deeply, reconnect with your own needs and strengths, and develop new ways of responding that feel more aligned with the life and relationships you want.

Welcome—I’m glad you’re here. Life can feel overwhelming when you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, major life transitions, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself. Therapy can offer a supportive space to process what you’re going through, gain a better understanding of yourself, and develop tools to feel more grounded and confident in your everyday life. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the lasting effects of domestic violence. I also hold a PMH-C (Perinatal Mental Health Certification) and have specialized training in supporting individuals during pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition into parenthood. My approach is warm, supportive, and client-centered. I draw from CBT, TF-CBT, mindfulness, solution-focused techniques, and traditional talk therapy. Together, we can work toward understanding patterns that may be keeping you stuck, processing difficult experiences, developing healthier coping strategies, and creating meaningful change. You don’t need to be in a crisis—or have everything figured out—to benefit from therapy. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, feeling overwhelmed or depressed, healing from past experiences, navigating changes in your relationships, or adjusting to a new chapter of life, you deserve a space where you feel safe, supported, and heard. Taking the first step can feel intimidating, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. I’d be honored to support you as you work toward healing, growth, and feeling more like yourself again.

I am passionate about working alongside my clients to heal those wounds and setting them up to be able to reach the goals they've set for their futures. Though I have experience working with a wide range of people, my passion is to help young adults who struggle with trauma, depression, grief, and/or anxiety to process their life stories, strengthen their sense of identity, and develop the skills needed for the life they desire.

Hi, I’m Kory van Unen, LCSW. I am a licensed clinical social worker and UCLA MSW graduate, dedicated to helping adults cultivate insight, resilience, and genuine self-worth. My therapy style is collaborative and client-centered, rooted in evidence-based practice. I specialize in working with women and gender-diverse clients navigating anxiety, depression, mood changes, self-esteem struggles, and the complexities of modern life. Many of my clients come to me seeking relief from self-sabotage, people-pleasing, perfectionism, and chronic stress. If you feel overwhelmed by expectations or stuck in old patterns, I can support you in developing the tools and self-understanding to move forward. My approach is both insight-oriented and practical. I draw from a range of therapies, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), humanistic, and trauma-informed modalities. Treatment is always adapted to your needs, strengths, and goals. I believe therapy should be a safe space where you can reflect honestly, explore difficult emotions, and find sustainable ways to create change. Outside of sessions, you might find me reading, walking in nature, sipping matcha, or at the beach with my dogs.

When choosing a therapist it is important to select someone with whom you feel a sense of trust, safety and connection. Early life experiences and relationships can significantly impact how we view ourselves, how we are in relationships and how we experience the world around us. We often develop unproductive behavior and thoughts, yet don't have the skills or understanding to create a desired change. I have been a licensed therapist for over 22 years, working in a variety of settings such as private practice, non-profit agencies, women's shelters, and Kaiser. Everyone enters therapy with different goals and needs. Therapy allows for the opportunity to explore ways to navigate history and current challenges to create the life and person you wish to be.

Hola, I am Blanca "Janet" Monzon. I’m a licensed clinical social worker with over 15 years of experience working in communities of color, in the fields of education, mental health, and community organizing. I’m also a POC, an intersectional feminist, with progressive radical views. Transparency is important to me because I believe that my identities and perspective inform the way I approach working in mental health. In therapy, my goal is to help clients connect unapologetically to their most authentic selves by providing a non-judgemental space to process their inner thoughts and lived experiences. I believe therapy is a sacred space where deep healing can happen. Everyone deserves their own unique healing journey that leads to more joy, pleasure, and gentleness in our lives. I completed my Master’s in social work at California State University, Long Beach. Currently, I work as a school social worker. I often utilize; relational therapy, strength-based therapy, and feminist therapy theories in my practice centering the client’s experience in the work we do together. I have experience working with undocumented folks, first gen, and young adults. Hablo Español, English, and Spanglish!
