Hi! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified Life Coach who specializes in working with adults navigating dating, relationships, and family dynamics. I help individuals build healthy, fulfilling romantic relationships while developing a stronger sense of self, confidence, and emotional clarity. I also support clients in healing from childhood trauma and working through family relationships, as well as managing anxiety and depression, with the goal of helping them feel relief from symptoms and experience more happiness and balance in their lives. My work is focused on helping you show up more authentically and securely in your relationships, with others and with yourself.
During our first session, we’ll spend time talking about what brought you to therapy, what you’re currently struggling with, and what you’d like to work toward. We’ll explore past and present habits, patterns, and relationships, as well as the changes you hope to make. This session is collaborative and focused on creating a treatment plan tailored to your therapeutic goals and mental health needs. You’re always welcome to ask questions. This is your space and it’s important to me that you feel comfortable and supported from the start.

I believe effective therapy, especially around dating, romantic relationships, and family relationships, must be tailored to each individual’s experiences, attachment style, and goals. I combine empathy with honest, direct feedback to help you gain insight, develop healthier patterns, and move forward with confidence. I support individuals in processing family dynamics and healing from unresolved childhood trauma that continues to impact their current relationships and emotional well being, and I help clients manage anxiety and depression, particularly when these challenges are connected to relationship stress, self worth, or life transitions. I also work with people who want to develop a stronger sense of self, including greater confidence, emotional clarity, and authenticity. I am especially well suited to clients who value a collaborative, personalized therapy experience and who are open to both compassionate support and honest, direct feedback as they work toward meaningful, lasting change.

I take a psychodynamic approach to better understand the client's learned experiences and how it is effecting their current life circumstances.
Attachment-based
I take an attachment based approach to guide clients in resolving issues in their interpersonal and romantic relationships.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use cognitive behavioral therapy to help clients challenge and restructure their negative automatic thoughts that could be leading to feelings of anxiety or depression.
