In our first session together we will begin with introductions and explore why you decided to seek treatment. We will collaborate on treatment goals and which therapeutic approach works best for you. Going forward our time together will consist of check ins, skills learning, and emotional processing.
My greatest strength is meeting clients where they are at. I customize my approach to fit each client’s needs, ensuring it’s clear and relevant for them.
I enjoy working with young people transitioning into adulthood. My clients often know who they are but feel pressured by society to look and act a certain way. They can feel overwhelmed by everyday tasks and struggle to manage their emotions.

In our sessions, I foster a non-judgmental space where clients learn to accept their thoughts and feelings, empowering them to align with their core values. Through mindfulness techniques and goal-setting exercises, we collaboratively navigate the path to meaningful, committed actions that lead to lasting fulfillment.
I collaborate with individuals to identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns, fostering a deeper understanding of the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. My goal is to empower clients to reshape negative thinking, overcome challenges, and improve their overall well being.
I embrace a Multicultural Approach to therapy, recognizing the importance of cultural sensitivity in the healing process. By integrating cultural competence into our work, I strive to create an environment that respects and values the richness of different perspectives. My goal is to collaboratively explore how cultural factors impact thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

Jazmin has a warm & understanding approach that puts you at ease. She reminds me to be kind to myself, which has been incredibly impactful. As a man, I tend to be very hard on myself but Jazmin has helped me learn how to create space for the areas where I need support & growth. Through our sessions, I’ve not only improved as a person, but I’ve also seen a noticeable difference in how I manage my anxiety and stress. I’m truly grateful for her guidance & the positive changes she’s helped me make.

I’ve been seeing Jasmin for a while now, I think over a year. I’ve needed a lot of support through various things like relationship dynamics and chronic illness. She’s been amazing. I really appreciate her thoughtful questions, and her continuous support.

I feel like Jazmin has some understanding that I can get used to and feel safe enough to be vulnerable and not judged. Looking forward to share my life and get insight on how to become better in aspects I have struggled in.
