I grew up in a small town in Hawaii, then came to Southern California and began studying psychology in 2001. I completed my master’s degree at Fuller School of Psychology in 2010 and served children and families at a community mental health agency for 10 years, also starting a private practice 8 years ago. While I loved island life, I’ve put down roots here through friendships, involvement in my community, and my love of LA’s cultural diversity.

Greetings,
Life can be confusing, relationships can be stressful, and the present can make you feel anxious or depressed. Sometimes a painful past can surface into the moment, especially when situations are difficult or when you are experiencing major change. During these periods your mood and thoughts can be affected in negative ways. When you are feeling alone, disconnected, or confused, talking things through can make all the difference.
I work with anyone struggling to find joy, peace, and fulfillment. I offer a safe, inviting space for you to share thoughts and feelings, to vent, to feel heard, and to reorient to meaning. Please allow me to assist you finding relief and clarity. I will meet you where you are at and welcome you. I address healing on multiple levels of the body-mind connection with a focus on the notion that caring about something or someone along with experiencing meaning can counterbalance the effects of hurt, a disturbing past, or a present stressful situation or transition.
I have more than 20 years of experience helping clients navigate major change and transition, gain closure, and create new beginnings. I apply interventions from a mind-body-being perspective and assess current life stressors to distinguish between situational mood and thought disturbances from those enduring and a consequence of previous hurt or trauma.
Hi, I’m Beth.
Life can feel overwhelming at times—stress, anxiety, depression, or big life changes can leave us feeling stuck. I work alongside individuals and couples in a supportive, nonjudgmental way, helping you navigate these challenges and find balance.
I offer a space where you can share what’s on your mind, build coping skills, set healthy boundaries, and explore practical solutions at your own pace. Together, we’ll uncover insights and make meaningful changes so you can feel more peace, confidence, and joy in your everyday life.
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with a PhD and almost 20 years of clinical experience working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, trauma, burnout, and addictive patterns. My approach is integrative, relational, and strengths-based, but what distinguishes my work is the combination of deep exploration with practical change. I help clients understand not only what they are feeling, but why certain patterns keep repeating across relationships, work, family, and major life decisions, and what can be done differently.
I work especially well with adults who may already have insight into their struggles but still feel caught in overthinking, perfectionism, people-pleasing, emotional disconnection, or difficult relationship patterns. Therapy with me is collaborative and active: we may explore family-of-origin dynamics, attachment, identity, trauma, and longstanding beliefs while also building concrete tools for emotional regulation, communication, boundaries, and decision-making. The goal is not simply to reduce symptoms, but to help you develop greater self-trust, flexibility, and the ability to live and relate in ways that feel more authentic and intentional.
Are you looking to create a new life narrative-story rooted in your strengths? My life and work experiences working with adults and children experiencing emotional disorders, trauma, anxiety, and life barriers hopefully can help us collaborate on building that new resilient story together.
Outside of work, I enjoy various forms of exercise: HIIT workouts, yoga, nutrition topics, science, music , gardening, and traveling. I have an avid interest in learning about other cultures and have lived and studied abroad in Ecuador, South America.
Are you tired of going to a therapist who just "listens"? Most of my clients find success given my authentic approach, extensive educational background, evidence-based approaches and an environment for growth. I'm not your average therapist! You can sit with me.
My approach is active, authentic, and collaborative, with a focus on helping you gain practical tools, new perspectives, and greater confidence in navigating anxiety, relationships, ADHD, life transitions, and high-performance stress. I tailor therapy to each client using evidence-based and insight-oriented approaches, with the goal of helping you better understand yourself, break unhelpful patterns, and create meaningful change. I work with adults 18+ and strive to provide a supportive, comfortable space where you can feel understood while also being challenged to grow. ADHD-CSSP, LMFT, LPCC.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 11 years of experience providing psychotherapy and clinical social work across medical, academic, and private practice settings. My clinical work is grounded in trauma-informed care, psychoeducation, and a commitment to evidence-based, integrative treatment that supports each client’s individual goals and strengths.
My experience includes working with adults, adolescents, and families in settings such as UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital and Kaiser Permanente. These diverse environments have informed a comprehensive approach that values collaboration, holistic assessment, and continuity of care.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certified as a Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), Narcissistic Abuse Treatment Clinician (NATC), and Personality Disorder Treatment Provider (C-PD). I create a supportive space where clients can process complex trauma, including betrayal trauma, and difficult family-of-origin patterns.
I assist individuals recovering from environments shaped by abuse, neglect, abandonment, coercive control, chronic fear, and instability. My work addresses dynamics such as narcissistic family systems, enmeshment, family scapegoating, trauma bonds, antagonistic relationships, and addiction—often rooted in intergenerational trauma and nervous system dysregulation. I support clients in normalizing their emotions, feeling validated, and building greater resilience. I am certified as a DBT Clinician (C-DBT), Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP), Mood Disorder Professional (CMDP), and ADHD Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP).
I grew up in an environment with people who never discussed mental health; this sparked an early interest in the unspoken challenges I observed. As a dual major in psychology and sociology, my coursework was impactful. The lessons continued in graduate school, where I earned dual master’s degrees in social work and public administration. I interned at a domestic abuse shelter, a residential crisis center, and a community behavioral health facility, and completed specialized trauma-informed care training.
My professional experience includes serving as a psychotherapist for survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault; a behavioral specialist for children with autism, ADHD, and adjustment challenges; and a supervisor for social workers in county behavioral health. Additionally, I have led interdisciplinary teams of social workers and nurses in complex medical case management, and managed public health teams of case investigators, contact tracers, data analysts, and nurses during infectious disease outbreaks.
I am deeply committed to helping clients recover from psychological and emotional harm, recognizing the serious impact these experiences can have on overall well-being.

I primarily help young adults with challenges such as anxiety, neurodivergence, self-esteem, and life transitions. To others it may seem like you've got it all together, but on the inside you're spinning out of control. Panic randomly punches you in the chest, taking your breath away, and you can't focus on anything else other than how to make it stop. You are consumed by trying to keep up with everyone else since they seem to have it all together, but you can barely function through the day. You feel like an awful mom because you are lashing out on your kids and hating the daily monotony instead of "embracing the joy of motherhood." You feel like you are failing your partner because somewhere along this journey you just lost yourself.
You want to be a better mom to your kids. And remember why you fell in love with your partner. And stop the tornado of anxiety that knocks you out on the regular. You want to stop living by the expectations of others and rediscover who you truly are. It's time to win back some peace of mind and self-worth and attract the life you want.
I have the DBT and mindfulness skills, which uses both mind and body exercises that will help you manage the crippling anxiety, love yourself better, be a more present and joyful mom, improve your relationships, and attract the life you want.
Hi! I'm a licensed MFT based in Pasadena, CA (but practicing via Telehealth.) I received my masters from the University of Southern California in 2014 and cut my teeth working with young people and their families around LA. My education, training and experience have taught me more than just how to treat relationship issues, emotional disorders, and behavioral problems; I'm also acutely aware of the cultural contexts that shape my clients. I practice from a lens that is social justice-oriented, anti-racist, and affirming of all identities, and recognize that systemic issues like discrimination, racism, and oppression significantly impact mental health. I am comfortable treating many issues, but specialize in working with ADHD, "people pleasing," the "inner critic," and parenting.
Welcome to my page! As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California, I walk alongside teens, adults, and older adults during their most vulnerable moments. I’m a California-based LCSW supporting teens and adults with anxiety, depression, trauma responses, ADHD, OCD, and relationship challenges. My approach is warm, encouraging, and structured. We’ll identify what’s getting in the way, build a plan that fits you, and practice practical tools you can start using right away. We’ll also track your progress so you can see real momentum.
You deserve support that feels steady, hopeful, and useful. When you’re ready, I’m here to help.
If you are on the path toward healing or overcoming your past yet still struggle, my practice can help. Through time spent serving in community mental health and substance abuse treatment settings, I have obtained over 15 years of experience in guiding children and adults toward answers for their life issues and conflicts. Specifically, I engage wounded individuals who feel ready to confront the traumas and problems that get in the way of living their best lives.
Through a non-judgmental, client-centered approach, I help find answers about your functioning and relationships. Specifically, I utilize body-based interventions to link your past experiences to present-day struggles to treat severe mood disorders, substance abuse and PTSD/trauma in children and adults. Hi, I’m Charles Yin, I work with men and women who struggle with depression, anxiety, and self-sabotaging patterns. This prevents them from feeling connected to themselves and others and from reaching their full potential. I firmly believe everyone can live a meaningful and fulfilling life. After working with clients for over 16 years, I understand the difficulties of finding your path in life and use my expertise to help you overcome these challenges.
How do I help you? There are 3 key ingredients: I utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which helps you become friends with your difficult thoughts and feelings and make wise choices even when it's hard. If you struggle with anxious attachment, people pleasing, setting boundaries, feeling triggered, anger, anxiety, depression, co-dependence, parenting issues, and ADD/ ADHD, then I want to work with you. These symptoms and attachment style are often related to each other and often related to similar childhood experiences of inconstant or abusive/neglectful caregivers. (ADD and ADHD is not cause by caregivers, however, when it goes undiagnosed in children, there is s strong correlation to symptoms described above)
I have extensive training in cognitive-behavioral therapy, applied behavioral analysis, neuropsychology, and psychoanalysis. My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from one or a combination of these methodologies based on what will be most beneficial for each individual. Additionally, humanistic and Adlerian psychology have significantly influenced my perspective, shaping my practice into an eclectic framework.
I believe that there is no single ‘best’ therapeutic approach—only what is best suited for the individual seeking support. My diverse training allows me to tailor interventions to meet the unique and specific needs of each client, ensuring a personalized and effective therapeutic experience.
