With over eight years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families, I’ve helped clients of all ages—from young children to adults—find healing and hope. My work has included supporting children and families in foster care through the impacts of trauma and loss, as well as guiding adults through the complexities of anxiety, depression, and strained relationships.
I understand that carrying the burdens of the past or the weight of daily struggles can feel isolating and exhausting. My approach is compassionate, nonjudgmental, and tailored to your unique needs. Together, we can explore the underlying causes of your pain, work to heal emotional wounds, and develop tools to help you feel more confident, connected, and in control of your life.
Whether you’re seeking to rebuild trust in your relationships, learn new ways to communicate, or simply find a safe space to unpack your thoughts and emotions, I’m here to help. Healing is possible, and I’d be honored to walk this journey with you. Let’s find your path forward together.
I’m a therapist who genuinely enjoys getting to know people and understanding what makes them who they are. I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationships, grief, chronic pain, trauma, life transitions, or sometimes just feeling stuck or disconnected from themselves.
My approach is collaborative and flexible because I don’t think therapy should look exactly the same for everyone. I draw from approaches like ACT, CBT, DBT, attachment-based and psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing depending on what you’re working through and what feels useful to you. Sometimes that means learning practical tools or finding a different way to respond to difficult thoughts and emotions. Other times, it means slowing down and looking at patterns, relationships, past experiences, or the things that may be happening underneath the surface.
I want therapy to feel comfortable, honest, and real. You may come in knowing exactly what you want to work on, or you may need some time to figure that out. Either way, we’ll start with what feels important to you and go from there.

In my work, I aim to provide a supportive and collaborative space where clients can explore challenges, build coping skills, and work toward meaningful change in their lives and relationships. I help clients feel more understood, supported, and less alone in what they are facing. Over time, I work to help clients feel more grounded, confident, and connected to themselves and others, while also moving toward a more meaningful and balanced life.
Hello. I'm Cameron and I strive to be very relatable. I have a deep commitment to supporting neurodivergent individuals, trans and gender diverse individuals, BIPOC clients, and veterans. I believe the development of our identities is fluid and ever evolving. I believe that everyone deserves a warm and affirming space to explore who they are, including how their identities develop and express themselves, and to honor their story. Everyone deserves an opportunity to build resilience in the face of systemic challenges. Everyone deserves the chance to thrive. My work is grounded in a gender-affirmative, trauma-responsive approach, informed by social justice and intersectionality frameworks. Rather than work as a purist, I often utilize eclectic approaches that include motivational interviewing, humanistic, solution focused, family systems, acceptance and commitment therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and somatic approaches.
I am neurodivergent, and I bring both lived experience and clinical expertise to my niche specialty. If you are struggling with discrimination, trauma, chronic and ongoing anxiety and stress, let me guide you into developing self-trust, self-regulation, and meaningful change.
Feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, anxious, or stuck? You don’t have to carry it alone anymore. I help individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship stress, school-based issue's, and life transitions in a supportive, judgment-free space where healing and real growth can happen. My approach is warm, honest, and down-to-earth — therapy with someone who truly listens and helps you move forward.
I’m Cory Sullivan, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker trained at the University of Southern California. I’m passionate about helping people find their “new normal” after traumatic injury or chronic illness, and I bring both clinical and lived insight into the grief and identity shifts that can follow. I take an eclectic, integrative approach to anxiety and depression, blending practical tools, psychoeducation, and collaborative support. My clients know they don’t have to face this alone — we work through it together.
From a young age, I’ve been drawn to people—their stories, their emotions, and the quiet places where they carry their pain.
After experiencing my own seasons of grief and change, I realized how powerful it can be to have someone walk beside you through it. Becoming a therapist felt less like a decision and more like a calling to offer the support I once needed myself.
Today, I’m honored to hold space for others as they navigate loss, healing, and the search for themselves again.

My goal as a therapist is to walk alongside with you to navigate life’s challenges, discover your strengths, and move toward meaningful change, healing, and a greater sense of well-being.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

My approach is compassionate, professional, and tailored to each person’s unique needs. I am fluent in English, Farsi, and Pashto.

My goal is to help clients feel more grounded, confident, and aligned with their values.
A little about me: I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who, come to find out, originally got into this field largely to figure myself out. If you’ve never heard that from a therapist before, it’s actually a pretty common thread among us, we often subconsciously step into healing others as a way to find healing within ourselves.
About 22 years ago, I was diagnosed with Complex PTSD, and roughly 15 years ago, I received an OCD diagnosis. Having these two conditions overlap made things incredibly challenging throughout much of my life and if I’m being completely honest, navigating that balance can still have its moments today. But there’s something powerful about a wounded healer: we tend to want more for ourselves and for the people we serve than just standard, status-quo talk therapy. We dig deeper because we need real answers on a personal level, and once we find what works, we want to share it with the world.
I am a trauma informed therapist, integrating CBT, IFS, mindfulness and somatic work. I work with adult individuals struggling with self-doubt, anxiety, relationship struggles and more. In a calm, compassionate environment, I will guide you in self-reflection. I provide a supportive, validating and non-judgmental environment, where all emotions are welcome. I believe honoring the impact of our experience is essential for healing. We will use traditional talk therapy, along with mindfulness and somatic work to practice slowing down and leaning into our feelings.
Hello, my name is Lee. I’m a licensed clinical social worker with the state of California. I spent the majority of my career helping people with severe mental illness to achieve stability while searching for meaning within acute care settings. For the past 5 years I’ve been working with team of specialists looking to incorporate more trauma based treatment into the state facilities. Through this exploration I’ve developed a deeper understanding between the interplay of trauma and childhood experiences. The connection between trauma and all of the maladaptive coping styles that I saw in group homes, recovery centers and the VA, became apparent to me. What some might call symptoms I might interpret as adaptations to deal with life. That fundamental understanding is what makes me the therapist that I am. In the words of Anita Sawyer PhD, “It’s those who are comfortable with ambiguity that can see unique perspectives to bridge connection. Connection is the essence of healing.”
Hi! I've been in practice since 2011 and will tell everyone I meet that I LOVE my job! I love helping people understand themselves better, finding answers to questions, and sharing the moment when someone says "So THAT'S why that happens!" I love helping people unhook from beliefs that have brought debilitating guilt and shame. I love celebrating success with someone who has taken a risk, challenged their fears, and come out the other side victorious!
