Hello! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist based in California. I have been supporting individuals, adolescents, and families in community agencies and hospital settings. I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced trauma and who also may be experiencing a range of additional presenting concerns or diagnoses, such as ADHD, PTSD, depression, anxiety disorders, family or other relational challenges.

Ideal clients
In supporting adolescents and adults with emotional and behavioral challenges, I utilize a combination of Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Parent Coaching interventions, Dialectical behavioral therapy. I provide individual therapy for adolescents and adults, child-parent therapy, and family therapy. I work mostly with adolescents, adults, and families.
Treatment methods
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I will help individuals or families to change unhealthy behaviors and thoughts.
Psychodynamic
I will support the individuals and families to uncover the past that affects thoughts and behaviors.
Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
I will use Dialectical behavioral therapy in the treatment. I will introduce the emotional regulation skills, distress tolerance skills, interpersonal effectiveness, and mindfulness skills to clients and practice with clients in the sessions.
