He really makes me feel heard and like my thoughts and experiences matter and finds ways to connect with me and brings light-hearted humor into the session, which helps me relax. He also helps me think through whats really bothering me and gives it a name and a feeling so i can recognize it in the future.

I have been on a journey finding the right therapist for me and my issues. I was interested in finding someone who specializes in EMDR. I think I have found the right person in Greg.

After my first session, I feel like I am on a really good path with Greg. We talked about my history, my childhood, and past problems that I've had, and I felt heard. We already talked about next steps and figuring out what things to tackle next.
