I’m a compassionate therapist dedicated to creating a safe, welcoming space where you can feel truly heard and supported. I specialize in working with individuals navigating sex addiction, betrayal trauma, anxiety, and trauma. Together, we’ll explore your challenges, uncover your strengths, and work toward meaningful growth at a pace that feels right for you. My approach is collaborative and trauma-informed, blending insight, clarity, and gentle guidance. I believe healing happens when we feel understood and accepted, and I’m here to help you find balance, connection, and a renewed sense of self.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we’ll focus on understanding what brings you to therapy and what you hope to achieve. I’ll ask questions about your background, goals, and current challenges, but we’ll move at your pace. My goal is for you to leave that first session feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the process ahead.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strengths are empathy, intuition, and helping clients identify patterns that may be keeping them stuck. I’m skilled at creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore emotions openly. Clients often tell me they leave sessions feeling clearer, more confident, and more compassionate toward themselves.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with adults who are introspective and ready to grow—people who may feel stuck, undervalued, unseen, or disconnected but want to rediscover their voice and direction. I especially enjoy supporting caregivers, professionals experiencing compassion fatigue, and individuals navigating life transitions or self-doubt. If you’re ready to reconnect with yourself and take steps toward healing, I’m here to walk alongside you with care and understanding.
