My name is Angelica, and I am passionate about supporting individuals through life’s challenges. I understand that reaching out for help can feel difficult, and I strive to provide a safe, judgment-free space for clients. I utilize talk therapy and incorporate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) techniques and coping skills into sessions. I am bilingual (Spanish), open-minded, and committed to providing a nonjudgmental space. I do not judge clients based on their life choices, and my ultimate goal is to support you through your current life circumstances.
