My name is Angelica, and I am passionate about supporting individuals through life’s challenges. I understand that reaching out for help can feel difficult, and I strive to provide a safe, judgment-free space for clients. I utilize talk therapy and incorporate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) techniques and coping skills into sessions. I have experience working with individuals across the lifespan, with extensive experience supporting adolescents. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions—I am here to help.
Our first session will focus on getting to know one another and determining whether we are a good fit for ongoing sessions.
I am bilingual (Spanish), open-minded, and committed to providing a nonjudgmental space. I do not judge clients based on their life choices, and my ultimate goal is to support you through your current life circumstances.
I accept clients of all ages and provide individual therapy primarily through telehealth sessions. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, domestic violence, and a range of other mental health concerns. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions—I am happy to help.
