Clients say this provider is
As a trauma-informed therapist, I specialize in helping individuals navigate the impact of their trauma, especially family and childhood trauma/abuse, anxiety, and major life adjustments. Therapy is a collaborative partnership and I aim to provide a trusting and safe environment where you feel supported by your clinician. I look forward to meeting you and seeing if we are a good fit for one another.
In our first session, we’ will complete a full intake to get a clear sense of your history, challenges, and goals. This allows us to come up with a treatment plan together. My approach is collaborative, so we’ll spend this time making sure your care includes your voice.
I have five years of experience working with families and individuals in the trauma field. I have completed EMDRIA-approved EMDR training. I focus on normalizing trauma to remove the stigma around talking about it. My style is direct and gentle, aimed at helping clients identify and change patterns that keep them stuck.
I specialize in supporting those who feel stuck in patterns of trauma or chronic anxiety. My ideal client is someone who wants to get to the root cause behind their daily struggles while actively working to reframe and reshape their internal narrative. I will bring a balance of empathy and directiveness to our sessions, making it place to be challenged and supported.

EMDR helps you process painful memories that are stuck in your nervous system. Ultimately, it keeps the memory but removes the intense emotional sting and the physical distress that goes with it that might be keeping you stuck. I am an EMDRIA-trained therapist.
I use IFS (Internal Family Systems) to explore trauma, especially childhood trauma and neglect. By engaging in parts work, we get to know the different sides of you, like the parts that protect you or the parts that carry old wounds, to help you process their experiences.
I utilize a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy CBT and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to provide a structured approach to trauma processing. We will utilize DBT to manage the emotional dysregulation common in trauma survivors and CBT to reshape the cognitive distortions you may have. We use these to help ground you while processing your trauma history together.
