I work with people who feel overwhelmed by emotions, stress, or past pain. My role is to listen, understand, and teach you simple, powerful tools from therapies like DBT, CBT, and others. We will work together to help you feel calmer, think more clearly, and build better relationships. The goal is to help you take control and build a life you truly want and value. In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In the first session, its completely normal to feel a bit anxious , which most of us do. This session is for is to have a relaxed conversation to understand what's been going on for you and what you're hoping for. I'll ask a few questions, and this is about us connecting, not me just getting information.This is your safe space. You can share what feels comfortable, ask any questions you have, and we'll see if working together feels like a good fit for you.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
Helps manage overwhelming emotions and improve relationships through concrete coping skills for crises, emotion regulation, and mindfulness. It focuses on balancing acceptance with positive change.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-i)
Focuses on the connection between thoughts, feelings, and actions. We work to identify and change unhelpful thought patterns to improve your mood and behaviors.
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Views your mind as made up of different "parts" (like an inner critic or a wounded part). The goal is to help these parts work together harmoniously by understanding and healing them from a core, compassionate "Self."
Trauma-Focused CBT
specific type of CBT designed to help process and recover from traumatic memories in a safe, structured way. It combines talk therapy with skills to manage trauma-related distress.
Motivational Interviewing
is a collaborative, client-centered approach focused on strengthening your personal motivation and commitment to change. We will explore your own goals and values in a supportive conversation, without pressure or judgment. I will help you work through any mixed feelings you have about making a change. The goal is to help you find and build upon your own reasons for wanting things to be different, empowering you to make the decisions that are right for you
