New to Grow
I am a licensed clinical therapist and life coach with extensive experience helping individuals create meaningful, lasting change in their lives. My work is focused on supporting people who are high-functioning yet feel stuck, overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or uncertain about their next steps. Many of the clients I work with are successful on the outside but internally struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, relationship challenges, burnout, or difficulty following through on the changes they know they need to make. I bring a results-oriented, structured, and insight-driven approach to my work. As a clinician, I am trained to assess emotional patterns, behavioral responses, and underlying drivers that keep people stuck. As a life coach, I help clients move forward with clarity, accountability, and intention. This dual lens allows me to meet clients where they are emotionally while also helping them create practical, forward-moving change in their daily lives. Clients often seek me out for my ability to quickly identify core issues, provide direct and thoughtful feedback, and help them gain perspective without judgment. I am known for balancing compassion with honesty and for helping clients feel both supported and challenged in ways that lead to real progress. My style is collaborative, grounded, and focused on building sustainable tools rather than temporary relief. I work with individuals who are ready to be intentional about their growth and committed to showing up for the process. Whether clients are navigating personal transitions, relationship concerns, emotional regulation, or a desire for greater fulfillment and direction, my goal is to help them feel more confident, grounded, and capable of creating the life they want to live.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
The first session is focused on understanding you, your goals, and what brings you to therapy or coaching at this point in your life. We will talk through your concerns, relevant background, and what you would like to change or improve. This session is conversational but intentional, allowing me to get a clear picture of what is happening for you and how I can best support you. I will ask thoughtful questions to help identify patterns, stressors, and areas that may be contributing to what you are experiencing. We will also discuss your expectations, what has or has not worked for you in the past, and what you are hoping to gain from working together. This helps ensure that our work is aligned and that the approach we take fits your needs. By the end of the session, you can expect to have greater clarity around your challenges, a better understanding of how we may work together, and an initial sense of direction. In some cases, we may begin identifying practical strategies or areas of focus right away, while in others the first session serves as a foundation for deeper work moving forward. My goal for the first session is to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported, while also ensuring that we are a good fit and that our work together will be purposeful and effective.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
One of my greatest strengths is my ability to quickly identify patterns and understand what is truly driving a client’s thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I notice underlying dynamics that people often reveal without realizing it, through language, tone, avoidance, repetition, and subtle inconsistencies. I pay close attention to detail and use this insight to help clients gain deeper awareness and address issues at their root rather than staying at the surface. I am often what clients need, even when it is not always what they initially want. I provide an extra push toward completion, growth, and follow-through. I do not allow clients to fall back into old negative patterns or self-defeating cycles. I am direct, honest, and supportive, and I hold clients accountable in a way that is motivating rather than punitive. We face difficult topics together, openly and directly, without avoidance. Clients frequently describe me as a motivator who helps them stay focused and consistent. I create a space where nothing is off limits and clients feel safe talking about anything, even the parts they have avoided or struggled to name. I am grounded in honesty and believe meaningful change requires responsibility, self-awareness, and the willingness to confront uncomfortable truths. My work is informed by advanced education, clinical training, and a deep understanding of human behavior. I integrate this knowledge with practical strategies that clients can apply in real life, not just in session. The work is structured, purposeful, and focused on results. What ultimately stands out is my ability to help clients feel grounded, confident, and capable of creating real and lasting change in their lives.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
My ideal clients are individuals who genuinely desire change and are willing to put in the work required to create it. I work best with people who are ready to be honest with themselves, open to reflection, and committed to showing up consistently for the process. I serve clients with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, stress, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-doubt, and feeling stuck or disconnected from purpose. Some clients come to me with clear goals, while others simply know that something needs to shift. Both are welcome. What matters most is a readiness to engage, explore patterns, and take responsibility for growth. I am particularly well positioned to work with individuals who want more than surface-level conversation. My clients value insight, structure, and practical guidance, and they are looking for support that leads to real, sustainable change rather than temporary relief. They are motivated to better understand themselves, improve emotional regulation, strengthen relationships, and move forward with clarity and intention. Because I integrate both clinical therapy and life coaching, I am able to support clients who need emotional grounding while also wanting direction, accountability, and forward momentum. I work well with clients who are ready to be challenged thoughtfully, apply what they learn outside of sessions, and actively participate in creating change in their lives. If you are motivated to grow, open to doing the work, and ready to make meaningful changes, I am well equipped to support you.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and how these patterns impact their daily lives. My experience with CBT includes working with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma-related responses, and life transitions.
