Hello, and welcome to my practice! With over 10 years of practice in the mental health field, I find great joy in my work as a therapist to provide a safe environment for each person I get to join on their journey toward healing! I have a Master's degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University and a Post-Masters certificate from North Central University. I have begun my doctoral journey as well, but it is not yet complete. I specialize in Christian Counseling, but my approach is not one size fits all and I do not force my views on anyone. I am very person-centered. My specialties include but are not limited to relationship issues, divorce, coping skills and spirituality. Issues include Anxiety, Behavioral issues, Bipolar Disorder, Career Counseling, Depression, Family Conflict, Grief, Marital & Premarital, Parenting, Anger, Self-esteem, and Women's issues.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During your first session, you can expect me to be interested in learning important facts about your background and your circumstances today. You are welcomed to invite someone with you who you may want to provide more information in your first session. My goal is to ensure that I receive important details to devise a plan for the therapeutic journey.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My biggest strength is the positive unconditional regard that I give to my clients. I am non-judgemental and believe that I also learn from every new client that I encounter.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I work with both men, women and children ages 12 and up. I typically have clients with relationship issues, stress, depression, and anxiety.

My treatment methods

Integrative

As a therapist, I believe that therapy should be customized to the individual. I mostly utilize a very person-centered approach, while incorporating other models of therapy. This has proven beneficial to the individual client.
