My goal as a therapist is to help men feel more seen, understood, and more connected to community. Together we will work on challenging how we view our role as men and how this view has affected our overall well-being. I want to explore with you, how you process the daily challenges of being a husband, a father, son or just a man. I know it's not easy, but you always make it work no matter how difficult. I aim to give you a space where you can discuss these challenges without feeling as if your complaining or being a burden.
I can help you manage your stress by discussing tools that allow us to be honest with ourselves and how we feel. Yes! I'm talking about emotions. No matter how long we ignore them they still exist, bottled up and all. I want to help you share those emotions and thoughts out loud, guilt free!
If you find yourself feeling lonely, depressed, anxious, misunderstood, or just stressed out. Then your the person I want to connect with and help you get back into the driver's seat of your life.

As a Licensed Psychotherapist serving clients in Florida, Georgia, New Hampshire, and Texas, I am passionate about supporting individuals on their journey toward healing, growth, and reconnection. I believe that true healing is not just about the mind, but also about honoring the body and nurturing the spirit. This belief has shaped my Somatic Insight Therapeutic Approach—one that gently invites you back into relationship with yourself.
With a strong foundation in trauma-informed care, I have seen how powerful it can be when we slow down and begin to listen to what the body is holding. Together, we create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your inner experiences with curiosity and compassion. By weaving together mindfulness, body awareness, and evidence-based therapeutic practices, I help you tune into your emotions, understand your nervous system, and move through your experiences at a pace that feels right for you.
Our work together is collaborative and personalized. We may integrate reflective conversation, breathwork, and gentle somatic practices to help you reconnect with your body, build self-awareness, and find a sense of grounding and steadiness within. My intention is to support you in feeling more at home in yourself—more connected, more resourced, and more empowered in your healing.
Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, chronic illness, life transitions, or the lingering effects of trauma, you don’t have to do it alone. I am here to walk alongside you with care and intention, as you rediscover your strength, reclaim your story, and move toward a deeper sense of balance, peace, and wholeness.
Hi, I am Samantha, a Licensed Professional Counselor with 15 years experience in community mental health. Native to Texas, I graduated from St. Mary's University, with Master's of Arts in Community Counseling. I have a passion for helping people reclaim their lives and thrive. Whether you’re facing challenges related to trauma, substance use, or life transitions, you don’t have to go through it alone. I provide a warm, non-judgmental space where we can explore your story and work toward healing and growth.
Let me guess: You've been thinking about therapy for a while now. Maybe months, maybe years, but something kept stopping you. Too busy, too expensive, "it's not that bad yet," or maybe just the fear of opening up to a stranger who might judge you or not really get it.
Here's what I want you to know: You don't need to wait until things get worse, you don't need permission to ask for help, and you don't have to figure this out alone. That's why I'm here.
As a board-certified bilingual therapist, veteran, and founder of Time to Talk Therapy, I've spent over 10 years supporting thousands of clients through trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions that once felt impossible, from crisis units and corrections facilities to refugee shelters and quiet therapy rooms, working with chronic mental illness, personality disorders, abuse, trauma, ADHD, OCD, addictions, and some of the hardest moments of their lives. Here's what I know for sure: healing doesn't require perfection, it requires honesty and someone who actually gets it. You're not broken, you're dealing with hard things, and you deserve help that feels supportive, not cold, not judgmental, not like one more thing you're supposed to "fix" about yourself.
Life is unpredictable, and I know that finding the "perfect" time can feel like one more obstacle when you're already running on empty. For a lot of people, that's the moment they close the tab and say "maybe later." Please don't do that. You've already done something brave by being here. Just message me and I'll make sure we find something that works. I'll move things around, lose a lunch break, get creative, because you showing up here tells me you're ready, and you deserve someone who shows up for you the same way. That's a promise.
I have been a therapist for 10 years. I enjoy spending time with my family and helping others. I like working with those in the community and trying to meet unmet needs that exist among so many of us. I enjoy helping clients uncover their hidden assets. We will discover what areas in your life are working and what areas you would like to see improvement in.
My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel truly seen and understood. I work from a trauma-informed, relational lens, helping you build resilience, strengthen connections, and move toward the life you want with greater clarity and confidence. Whether you’re navigating personal challenges, healing from past experiences, or working to deepen your relationships, I’ll walk alongside you with compassion and practical tools. If this approach resonates with you, you can easily book a session through my profile and take the next step toward healing and empowerment.

Hello, I am Dr. Walter Calvo and I have two questions for you.
Are you interested in learning why you think and feel the way you do?
How about learning why you choose to do the things that you do?
I can help you learn coping skills to address common life challenges such as adjusting to change, managing conflict, reducing stress, improving relationships, and coping with grief. Equally important, I can help you process your emotional responses to distressing life circumstances.
I also provide psychotherapy to address acute trauma, post-traumatic stress, anxiety and depression. My experience in this area comes from working with active-duty military, veterans, and first responders such as law enforcement, firefighters, emergency medical responders and their families.
Gaining insight into why you think and feel the way you do is empowering. It will put you on a path to becoming the best version of yourself.
If you are interested in any of that, let's talk!
Dealing with life struggles can be overwhelming and at times it can be exhausting. Life stressors and impactful situations can greatly affect our mental well-being and as a result, affect our physical health in the process. Having the necessary and proper tools to work through those issues are essential to better one's life. By providing you with a compassionate and nonjudgmental space, I can help you feel safe and provide the support you need as you explore your inner self and work toward healing and growth. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy models to help individuals change the view of their struggles to obtain favorable changes. Changing your thought process can help you realize and understand you have power in your hands to make great changes and in turn obtain more desirable results.

I chose to change careers late in life. It has been a wonderful decision. I am able to help people in their daily lives be happy.
I attended SMU Counseling Program in Plano from 2010 to 2013. I was privileged to complete my practicum and internship at the Resource Center in Dallas. I requested this opportunity so I could help as many people as possible. This was not standard procedure, but I was allowed to do the unusual.
I believe clients simply want to be happy. They want to make their choices in life without guilt or shame. Everyone deserves that freedom. I hope that I can help people facilitate that life.
I am happy to share techniques that provide acceptance that allow people to not be impacted by the judgmental world in which we live.
Please give me a call and see if we connect and if you feel comfortable and safe speaking with me.

At the Child & Adult Behavior Center, we help both adults and children, as well as parents.
For adults, we help you find ways to cope with stress, anxiety, loss and depression. Not only talking through and understanding, but also concrete "what to do about it" coping skills, lead to calmer, more stable emotions and relationships. We find cognitive behavioral therapy very useful, and within that, learning the skills of mindfulness, a form of in-the-moment meditative thinking, to calm and focus the mind when emotions overtake. This fosters a new way of viewing and handling stressful situations as they arise.
For children's therapy, we work with you, and with your child. Parents' feedback is a critical part of helping children feel and do better. We help you with parent-child interactions to find your way as you navigate the seas of child behavior. Our specializations are the treatment for Aspergers/autism, ADHD, Oppositional Defiance, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, emotional self regulation, the behavioral and emotional aspects of sensory issues, anxiety and depression. Our special programs also treat a wide range of neuroatypical, developmentally challenged children. Neuro-typical parent-child relationships, family relations, and parenting issues for all children and teens are also our focus. We help - you help your child - with ideas and techniques to put into action. Ideas that can greatly reduce the stress and storm of being a parent in the trenches. Peace in the home is possible!

Hello there, I'm Liz! I work with clients who are wanting to heal from past trauma experiences and get to the root causes of their struggles. My goal is to help you gain insight, build self-awareness, and foster personal growth. Hi, I’m Carolyn, owner of Blooming Bright Counseling and a therapist passionate about supporting neurodivergent children, teens, and adults as they navigate anxiety, trauma, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, and relationship challenges. My approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based, blending evidence-based therapies with nervous system-informed care to help clients feel safe, understood, and empowered. I strive to create a supportive space where clients can build coping skills, process difficult experiences, and reconnect with their authentic selves at their own pace.
I became a therapist because I deeply believe people deserve safe, compassionate spaces where they can be fully themselves — messy, hopeful, hurting, and growing — without fear of judgment. Watching clients rediscover their inner light, reclaim their strengths, and gradually step into their power is the most meaningful and humbling part of my work.
Hi, I'm Esther.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Daring Way Trained Facilitator. I've been providing counseling to individuals for almost 6 years. Prior to that, I worked in the education sector for almost 10 years, which deeply sparked my interest in pursuing mental health work.
To me, counseling sessions are like writing a story. It is a process that involves brainstorming, creating drafts, and making revisions until your story feels whole and complete. Imagine you are the writer. You have all the pieces of your story within you already. Think of your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors as those pieces. Sometimes, they don’t make any sense, it’s overwhelming, and you don’t know where to begin. I view my role as someone who is with you to guide you through the process and help organize those very thoughts, feelings, and behaviors with you. During our time together, it is my hope that you develop the skills to ultimately write your story on your own.
Your story may include experiencing cycles of depression, anxiety, grief, past trauma, struggles of worthiness and belonging, the complexities of being a part of an immigrant family, generational trauma, a combination of these things, or perhaps something entirely different. Everyone's mental health journey is different. I’m here to meet you where you are.
I also want to acknowledge how scary it can be when taking a leap of faith into a new therapeutic journey. It takes a lot of courage. More than anything, it’s important to me that you feel safe and the stories you share are handled with utmost care.
Welcome. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with 13 years of experience working alongside individuals as they build resilience, deepen self‑understanding, and move toward meaningful change. My practice is fully telehealth‑based, serving clients in both Texas and Oregon.
I come from humble beginnings, and much of my early life was shaped by being the person others naturally turned to when they were struggling. Over time, I realized that my ability to listen deeply, offer steady support, and hold space for people in their hardest moments wasn’t just part of my personality — it was pointing me toward my calling.
I help adults navigate anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, life transitions, and personal growth in a space that feels warm, supportive, and judgment-free. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling emotionally overwhelmed, stuck in unhealthy patterns, burned out, or struggling to balance the expectations of work, family, and relationships.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and culturally sensitive. I strive to create a space where clients feel seen, heard, and understood while exploring the deeper experiences impacting their emotional well-being. Together, we work on building insight, strengthening coping skills, improving boundaries, and creating healthier ways to manage stress and emotions.
I believe therapy should feel like a safe place to process life openly without fear of judgment. My goal is to help clients gain clarity, confidence, and practical tools that support meaningful healing and lasting change.
I hold both my undergraduate and master’s degrees in Social Work from The University of Texas at Austin's School of Social Work. This educational foundation has equipped me with a strong understanding of social work theory, research, and practice. My professional experience has further deepened my commitment to providing evidence-based, compassionate care. I have engaged with individuals, families, and communities facing a range of challenges, such as mental health concerns, chronic illness, trauma, and life transitions. This hands-on experience allows me to tailor therapeutic approaches to meet each client’s unique needs.
I am a licensed independent practice-level clinical social worker. I have a Diplomate in Clinical Social Work DCSW. I have dedicated my career to working in behavioral health treatment. I have worked within the Department of Defense Schools in Europe and Asia. I have worked with Active Duty members, Veterans and their families. I have provided clinical supervision within both the Department of Defense headquarters and at the Veteran Affairs hospital, in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Prior to joining the Civil Service, I practiced mental health within the civilian community, my focus there was substance abuse, domestic violence and and a variety of mental health issues working with adolescents and adults. My strongest ability lies in helping a client identify strengths and weaknesses while guiding them to identify goals and interventions that will work specifically for them. The most challenging part of therapy is believing it will make a difference. The best way to overcome that hurdle is to see successful outcomes.
Clinical experience has taught me that if you are willing to do the work, you will see results. Using the appropriate interventions, combined with mutual openness, respect and trust will enable you to overcome obstacles and achieve goals you didn't believe possible. Through years of dedicated work with all age groups, life experiences and extremely challenging circumstances, I have developed a strong sense of commitment in creating a safe and supportive environment that fosters healing, self-awareness and growth.
I have over a decade of experience treating clients at the clinical level. As a former Army Chaplain, I have assisted Soldier and Family members in the most extreme circumstances - to include combat. As a fellow human being, I meet my clients on common ground to assist them in gaining traction and moving forward. I come beside people to help them see their strengths, capabilities, and new possibilities. I help people to find a ray of hope when their life is stuck at the midnight hour.

I strive to provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable exploring difficult emotions, experiences, and challenges. I believe that our experiences and relationships play a significant role in shaping how we see ourselves and interact with the world around us.
My approach is grounded in the understanding that these experiences can influence our thoughts, emotions, relationships, and patterns in ways we may not always recognize. At the same time, I view clients as the experts of their own lives, and my role is to collaborate with them as they navigate challenges, explore emotions, and work toward meaningful growth.
My hope is to create a space where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered to better understand themselves and their experiences. Taking the first step toward therapy can feel difficult, but it can also be the beginning of meaningful healing, growth, and lasting change.
My name is Marie Mason and I moved to the United States in 1994 to teach. My work with children eventually led me to counseling. I have been licensed for seven years and I work with all ages. I really like doing trauma work, which is why I am EMDR and TF-CBT trained. I also do a lot of work with anxiety.

I help marginalized individuals break free from the effects of childhood trauma and chronic anxiety. If you’ve tried talk therapy and still feel stuck, you’re not alone. Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, unresolved trauma, and relationship challenges that continue to show up in their daily lives. Using Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), I help clients reprocess how their brain responds to past negative experiences, so they can experience real, lasting relief without having to relive every detail. With a background in education and experience working with mothers and Veterans, I understand the unique stressors that come with caregiving, service, and high-responsibility roles. You don’t have to keep managing this on your own. Healing is possible—and you are worthy of it!
I believe talk therapy is a power tool. It can heal. It can empower. It can bring about the kind of changes you seek. In order for talk therapy to really work, you must feel connected to and trust the therapist you work with so I encourage you to find the right fit. We will start where you are and, together, we will explore new ways of making your life more manageable. To struggle is to be part of the human experience. Struggle can be a motivator for change. Those self-defeating thoughts are not who you are. These life circumstances do not have to define your whole life.

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with 20 years of experience — and a woman who has navigated midlife, reinvention, and the seasons of life that quietly change you. That lived experience shapes every session I offer.
I specialize in working with women who are strong on the outside but exhausted on the inside — women navigating menopause, identity shifts, heartbreak, dating, and the complicated feeling of standing at a crossroads wondering who they are becoming.
I'm warm and direct. I'll hold space when you need to be heard and gently challenge you when you're ready to grow. Clients tell me they feel safe being real with me from the very first conversation — and that they leave sessions feeling clearer, lighter, and more like themselves.
My approach blends evidence-based therapy with mind-body practices rooted in mindfulness, breathwork, and somatic awareness — because healing lives in the body too, not just the mind.
If you've been carrying something alone for too long or simply know that something needs to shift — I'm here. Just come as you are.
I provide holistic, humanistic, and client-centered tele-mental health counseling/therapy for individuals, couples and families.
I combine my both my training as a therapist, my neuroscience-based background and my own experience to help clients heal.
As a BIPOC/latina therapist a large focus of my work is in de-stigmatizing and decolonizing mental health and providing a space for clients to feel heard, validated and to be able to process values, traditions and patterns of behaviors.
