Therapy was never my goal. Over the years I learned that I love helping people and have experienced a lot of challenges, losses, job changes, etc. I have a lot of experience overcoming and moving forward. If you are ready to make changes and reach your full potential, I would love to help you do that. Let's get started on your new path to health and wellbeing.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

The initial session gives us a chance to get to know more about each other. Clients share some of their background, what brings them to therapy, and what they hope to achieve. Together we determine how to help you reach your goals and how often we will meet to achieve the best outcomes.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Life experience gives us all a lot to draw from including both successes and failures. I have experienced a lot of life events and setbacks and what I have learned about managing them and helping others through similar events will provide clients with real-life experiences that have worked and some that have not. Grief and loss, job changes, unexpected moves, relationship conflicts, and family members with health, mental health and substance use issues have helped me to gain an understanding of what you are going through. I look forward to helping you through whatever comes your way.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

Anyone dealing with major life events, depression, anxiety, relationship conflicts, aging parents, grief and loss, chronic health issues.
