We will spend time exploring what brings you to therapy, your current challenges, and the specific life transitions or identity questions you are navigating. Because my approach is holistic and integrative, we won't just talk about what's going on—we will begin exploring how your history and current stressors are showing up in your body. We will look at your nervous system's patterns and introduce simple, grounding somatic micro-moments to ensure you leave the very first session feeling supported, heard, and equipped with a tangible sense of how we will move forward together.

My approach stands out because I blend deep, compassionate space-holding with active, experiential exploration. I don’t just sit quietly and nod; I am an engaged partner in your growth who will gently yet directly challenge you to look at things from entirely new perspectives. My greatest strength lies in my integrative toolkit. I weave together specialized modalities—including Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and EMDR—to address both the mind and the body. Rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all framework, I tailor our sessions to target nervous system regulation in real-time. This allows us to heal deep-seated identity fragmentation, unburden the "characters" or protective roles you've had to play, and build genuine psychological and somatic flexibility.
