Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and establishing a comfortable, trusting relationship. Building rapport is key, and I believe it's important for you to feel at ease before we explore the reasons that brought you to therapy or coaching. This initial meeting is about creating a safe space where you can start to feel confident and supported as we begin this journey together.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strengths as a therapist lie in creating a relaxed, non-judgmental atmosphere where clients feel safe and supported. This environment fosters trust and openness, allowing you to share your concerns and experiences with confidence. My approach ensures that you feel valued and heard as we work together toward your goals.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I specialize in working with individuals and couples navigating various challenges in their lives. My ideal clients are men and women grappling with anxiety, depression, grief, or trauma that impacts their daily functioning. I am also passionate about supporting couples who seek to strengthen their relationship and address marital issues. Additionally, I enjoy assisting individuals who are embarking on new career paths, whether they are transitioning from a job loss, changing careers, or starting fresh after college.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use CBT in my practice to help clients see things from a different perpective. I believe CBT allows you to reframe and re-train your brain to act and perform differently. I also use CBT alongside Ketamine Assisted Therapy (KAP) in order to help change the neural pathways and neuroplasticity in the brain.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

Mindfulness can be very helpful in getting in touch with the way your body acts and reacts to certain emotions. Many people who suffer with anxiety, depression and panic disorders need a way to center themselves and bring those feelings back to a normal state. I use mindfulness in conjuction with meditation so that you can learn how to calm yourself when you are in a heightened state of stress.
