About me

It is ok not to be ok. We all find ourselves in difficult situations and therapy/counseling can help to alleviate those feelings of shame, guilt, being misunderstood, despair, and other emotions associated with those situations. I enjoy helping people grow in life, overcome adversity, and navigate difficult situations throughout their lives. I am experienced in helping others with issues of depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, stress, co-occurring disorders, men's issues, teens, and children. I use DBT, CBT, person-centered, strength-based perspective, and other forms of therapy to help others. I am here to listen and support you. Your story matters. Reach out and let's begin the healing journey.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During our first session, we will discuss privacy, confidentiality with limits, and plans for moving forward.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strength is being genuine. I got into the helping others field by accepting help in my past. I have lived experience in many areas of life and understand more than others sometimes. I have been successful in treatment many times but the ultimate result changer is you.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I help children, teens, adults, and the elderly navigate their concerns in life. I work to create a mindset of change that turns to client growth. I believe my therapy experience and life experiences help blend in achievable goals and create a better life. Lastly, reducing the stigma of therapy and fostering a caring environment to help clients become the better version of themselves.
